All Service Inquiries ignored trying to get Claim Status On May 19th I brought my 2015 Subaru Legacy in for some recall work. In addition to the recall work, I mentioned that some paint was chipping off on the rear bumper, in 2 places. The service rep took pictures and filed a claim with Subaru to see if they would cover the repairs of the paint chipping. At the time, the car was about a year old but was rarely driven (only around 1000 miles). I heard nothing back on the claim so I called on June 2nd, explained the situation, gave the service reps name and was told someone would get back to me with a status. No one did. On June 28th, I called again, spoke with someone else in the service department, explained about the claim and that no one had returned my call. She apologized, and said she would get back to me the next day. She never did. On July 1, I called again and asked to speak to a manager, and was directed to one. He did some checking while I waited on the phone, came back and said that the claim had been denied but he would check with a Sales Rep to see if they could override the denied claim. He said that due to the holiday, he would call me back on Tues., July 5th. He never did. I then submitted an inquiry, under customer service around July 17th, since I was getting no responses by phone after 3 tries. I detailed my experience, and provided an email contact. I have not received a reply of any sort to date. Subaru has my email, phone # and should have a complete record of the sale from a year ago but neglects to contact me in any way and has chosen to ignore every attempt I have made to resolve this issue. This was the first, and now, probably the last Subaru that I will own. More

Austin Joffe , the sales rep, did a great job answering my questions, showing me the features, and giving me pertinent information about safety features, including the Eyesight. This dealership sells you the car and when you drive away you know they are there to assist you with any problem that arises after the purchase. They do not mince words and pretend they care. They Do Care!!!!! This purchase was one of the most pleasant experiences of my lifetime car buying experiences as the employees worked with us and never once tried to pressure us into buying a more expensive car. They listened to us and worked to find exactly what we wanted. The Subaru sells itself and the salesman answered or found the answer to our every question. From the first salesman to the intelligent young man explaining the Bill of Sale and the paperwork, these Flow Subaru employees are experts. I was able to bring my dog into the showroom and TJ immediately brought out a big bowl of fresh water. I was offered water or a soda each time I walked through the door. Past Experience... I have had a similar great experience at another used car lot in my home town ...BUT... at another new car dealership..... each time I had a problem, I had to wait to see the "Wizard of Cars" behind the curtains. I was never greeted by the "Wizard of Cars". My concerns were taken to him via a salesperson but I never saw the "Wizard" face to face. I never got the problem fixed at the other dealer and my questions were never answered. Flow Subaru Experience.. Flow Subaru employees are never hiding behind the curtain.. The manager is out and about and it is so obvious that the Customer comes First!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I appreciated the fact that TJ was not hiding behind a curtain but was out, about, and always ready to help. I have since heard from others who have purchased from Flow Subaru that they are indeed the best of the best. Thank You Flow Subaru You have the "No Stress -Customer Friendly- No Pressure-Extremely Pleasant" method which definitely works for us.. I checked the USA and you can not top Flow Subaru Deals. They are Very Fair. More
After dealing with David on our last new car purchase, we knew who to call on for our next purchase. You can always expect great service and friendliness from the whole group at Flow Subaru. We brought our two young boys along with us on this trip, which could have been a nightmare. David took the time to show the boys new ways to make knots out of rope which kept them entertained. Talked to them about Boy scouts and genuinely treated them like his own grand kids. Family oriented, friendly, honest and professional service. We took delivery about two months early of our factory ordered 2013 Subaru Outback Premium 6/MT and could not be more thrilled. If you are in the market for a Subaru, I would highly recommend seeing David Hutton of Flow Subaru. He and I have probably exchanged about 18 emails during this time, thanks to him keeping me up to date on the delivery and ordering details. Could not be happier with our buying experience. More

We were purchasing our fifth new Subaru. Flow had the best price on new Forester's than any other dealership around. That's what got us there in the first place. This was the first time we didn't have to throw numbers back and forth for over an hour just to get to a mutual price. A big plus in my book. We already knew what we wanted and are very familiar with the Subaru product line. So we didn't give David a chance to "sell" the car to us. We already knew what we wanted, and they had it in stock. Although we traded down from an Impreza STI to a Premium Forester, we are very happy with it and with Flow's salesmanship. T.J. and David (Dave) were very friendly and professional. We will definitely do business with these people again! More

I thought my review had posted, but I must have done something wrong, so I am trying again. On Saturday I experienced a breakdown (first time ever for my '06 Tribeca) on I-40. With another hour of driving before arriving home, I was anxious, but within minutes I met a knight in white armor (in the form of a white Impreza)driven by salesman David. My husband thought to call Subaru before calling AAA. T. J. Nelson, sales manager, sent David to pick me up. I waited no more than 10 minutes! I was taken to the dealership, refreshments offered, a phone call made to the business where my car was stranded, paperwork completed (my license photo-copied and insurance info secured), and keys to the Impreza placed in my hand (no other questions asked), and I was on the road again within 30 minutes. I am still in awe regarding the hospitality I encountered at this dealership. I soon knew I was a member of the Subaru family simply because I am a proud Subaru owner. I discovered Subaru takes care of family. I was so pleased with the kindness I received, I wanted to make sure my local Subaru dealer knew how I was treated. I asked our dealer's sales manager to consider paying this forward for other owners experiencing difficulty in our hometown. The end result: a part has been ordered and my car should be repaired in the next day or so. I have every confidence I will be just as pleased with the service aspect of this dealership.
