Only concerned with the SALE I did not have the best experience with the sales process and the sales rep really fell down when I needed a repair. I now have a recall and they can't schedule it for a MONTH. I need an Inspection for registration before the end of this month and they still can't get me in. If they can't service the vehicles, they shouldn't sell so many. We are looking to purchase another Subaru this years as we do love the car, but no way are they getting our business. More

One Great Experience After Another Everyone I came into contact with at Flow Subaru was delightful, helpful, and kind. The air of camaraderie at the Subaru dealership was contagious. Every single person went out of their way to, at the very least, acknowledge my presence with a smile. The deal was fair and, actually, made me realize how futile it is to go into a dealership with a badass attitude. The more I allowed the knowledgeable sales manager and his ace team to take the lead, the more perks they added on for my benefit. I don't know...maybe the stars were aligned just right, but I have a feeling that my experience wasn't unique, and that these folks really do care about putting a person in the right car without big financial add-ons or other negative surprises. I loved my moment of clarity regarding my trade-in and now fully understand the big picture; I appreciated the straight talk. All in all, it was a 10-star experience. Thank you, Flow Subaru team! PS - a friend just offered me $2,000 more for the Outback than I paid for it. I just laughed and recommended they visit you. More

Lies, Steals & Cheats. I bought a new 2017 Impreza from Flow. In less than 13,000 miles have had the engine rebuilt twice. Car uses 1.5 quarts of oil every 1000 miles. Dealer cheated on both oil consumption tests by overfilling crankcase 1.3 quarts. The car is getting returned to Subaru of America under lemon law. Dealership is overwhelmed with incompetence. More
