Their car servic is deadly, honestly don't go Yelp, please allow negative stars. Do not buy the maintenance or "family" plan either. It doesn't really cover anything, they say that it does verbally, then when you go in to get service it doesn't cover anything. But, dont go to the FAYETTEVILLE location, they are absolute garbage. The general manager is a hothead and very rude. Here is my review for Fayteeville... If you would like to be disrespected and be told by the GENERAL MANAGER that having your car held at the dealership all day but all they did was drive it around the parking lot once is the definition of a multi point inspection, right and treated as a liar - this is your place. This dealership almost killed me and my family because they didn't catch the issue when it first started. They said that my car was fine and a month later I had to get my car towed to the mechanic. Everyone makes mistakes or gets busy but the disrespect and lack of responsibility are what make this experience so terrible. They should not sell a maintenance plan if they punish you for it and don't actually do a multi point inspection, that is false advertising, fraudulent and unsafe. These are cars, not cupcakes, this is serious and this dealership should be ashamed. More

I went to the Fayetteville one to get my trade in appraised and we worked the deal with the understanding the vehicle was to be delivered to Fayetteville on Monday. I was informed Monday evening that the vehicle was sold to someone else. I called the Raleigh dealership that evening and found out it was brought back and I took delivery on Tuesday. I got the vehicle home and turned on the XM radio only to discover that the "my key" function on the vehicle has a restriction on the channels I can receive. I am unsure what other vehicle functions are limited. This dealership says it's my problem to fix and not there's. More
If you want integrity, do not come here Let me first start off by saying if you want a company that is truly about their customers and INTEGRITY, do not waste your time here. Last week, my c Let me first start off by saying if you want a company that is truly about their customers and INTEGRITY, do not waste your time here. Last week, my car started blowing hot air instead of A/C. Let me tell you, being in NC during this time of year, is NOT the time for your AC to start messing up. I talked to a few coworkers who mentioned it could be my freon/coolant and if not those my AC compressor... whatever. I honestly don’t know these things. I went to autozone and they told me I was good with Freon and coolant. Now that those two options are scratched off, my obvious last resort was to get a diagnostic somewhere and start doing my research on a new AC compressor. *starts googling, and YIKES starts biting the bullet I might have to swipe my card for $1500* Yikes, but it is what it is. But again, I don’t know these things so I called the professionals, and the maker of my car... Nissan. I called Nissan asking for a total estimate of getting a new AC compressor. Nice lady (I thought) that I talked to. She gave me the price down to the penny $1,251 and some change(I actually left the notebook down to the penny at work) but that’s the number down to the dollar! So I was like, ehh ok. She transferred me to the actually appointment side to talk to someone about my AC. He told me “yeah, probably the AC compressor. The lady said $1,251? That sounds about right! But of course diagnostic first and the cost will go towards that” so I’m like ehhhh ok! Schedule the appointment for Monday morning(yesterday). My fiancé takes my car to Nissan Monday morning to do the diagnostic. They do it, the man comes back and tells him”yep it’s the ac compressor” doesn’t tell him anything else it’s wrong but just says it’s the compressor. You can call us a little skeptical, but something just did not seem right. He then proceeds to say the total price will be $1407.34. Hmmm... I had it written down to the penny how much I was told it would cost. I am typically okay when people mix up a price as long as it isn’t a significant jump, but the first number I was given was when there was a computer right in front of them, so how was the first number I was given a couple hundred cheaper. Granted, I know the price is expensive, but that’s an extra couple hundred that can go towards bills. Anyways, we decided to decline their service and get a second opinion. Left Nissan, and went to AAA. Got another diagnostic, they come back and proceed to tell me “yeah you have a loose lug nut that needs to be tightened, it’ll cost you about $150.” WHAAAAAT???? You’re telling me I only have a lose lug nut that needs to be torqued ????? I ended up spending $109.00 for a tightened lug nut, as opposed to a replaced AC compressor that Nissan said was the problem for $1407.34. And now my AC is BOOOMING! The fact that I even gave this Nissan dealership $166 for the diagnostic alone grinds my gears. The fact that I even gave them a penny I want to take it back ! I have attached both receipts from both places, you can see the dates, times, and notes left. (If you want to see receipts go to YELP, I’ve attached them there) I saved $1,298. You too can save. Don’t come here. More

Patient and Great Client Advisor Steve was great. I met him last summer while shopping for a vehicle for my wife but at the time we did not buy, ended up buying a Subaru instead of a Steve was great. I met him last summer while shopping for a vehicle for my wife but at the time we did not buy, ended up buying a Subaru instead of a Nissan. His professionalism and customer service was what brought me back to Fred Anderson Nissan looking for either a cheaper new truck or a slightly used truck. He was again very professional and even came in on his off day so my wife could be there to test drive the Nissan Titan we ended up buying. I will recommend any friend of mine looking for a new vehicle to go see him. More
