The sales representative was very friendly and helpful to her extent knowledge of the car that we were trying to get, but she still couldn't answer all of our questions. When we found the car we and price we her extent knowledge of the car that we were trying to get, but she still couldn't answer all of our questions. When we found the car we and price we wanted the management came in and started making us sign things right away without anything (even finances) being finalized. They were aware that I wanted to trade in my old car and wanted all paperwork on it to be done before we even started with the new car. When we went to get our own financing, they seemed to get offended. Then we found out that even though we were looking at one version of the car and were told that we were purchasing it, they were still trying to sell us a base model. So in the end, it wasn't the sales associate, but the management that wasn't helping out. If they wanted our business, they surely didn't show it. The facility was in a bad part of town (not there fault) and was a little run down, which made me a little apprehensive to begin with. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a smooth car buying experience. More
Have bought several vehicles from them ... never any problems. New or used... most of the staff was very helpful and the service department was also easy to work with problems. New or used... most of the staff was very helpful and the service department was also easy to work with More
I would recommend this dealership, but I would also recommend to anyone to make sure that you only trust your ownself. We had a very nice salesperson,(of course they're trying to make a sale). We were recommend to anyone to make sure that you only trust your ownself. We had a very nice salesperson,(of course they're trying to make a sale). We were being shown a vehicle like the one he was trying to sell to us, just to get a feel of that type of vehicle. We couldn't ride in or see the one that he was selling to us because they were putting new tires on it and it was being cleaned. Now he worked out the sell based on our request, but in the end it doesn't matter how much of a so called deal they work out for you. The car was vaccumed but the inside had all kind of smudge marks on dash, steering wheel, cupholder, video screen etc. They're were stains on the ceiling and a burn hole in the interior. Also, we had to request keyless entry which we know it originally came with the vehicle, its a 4 door, seats 8 and only 1 lock on the driver side. We had to wake a week to get those for them to program it and they tried to make it like a big deal that the sales rep was going to program it for us at no charge, it the service dept would've done it, they would charge you. Excuse me didn't we pay $30,000 We really didn't notice it until we got off the lot because it we were so excited. We had a quarter tank of gas(don't you usually get a full tank?), my husband did lift the hood before we left and advise the rep of the corrosion on the battery. The rep said, "We have to do a full service on our vehicles before we can sale it, everything is great."(Should've asked for documentation of the service done on the vehicle) Guess what? Got the battery tested. It was totally bad, we were lucky to be able to drive it around, it wasn't keeping a charge according to auto zone. They advised us that the leakage is a sign of bad battery or bad cables either way it goes that is something that can be identified. So, we called the mgr at Nissan and informed him of our findings and the first thing he referred to was the time frame. Yeah its 2 1/2 mos later so what, we just bought a car for 30,000(should'nt something as simple as a battery exchange be handled with no problem?) Needless to say his comment was that that's between our Sales rep and us..(What is the point in talking to the sales rep) he did what he needed to do he made the sale. I was and am very disappointed with the service provided by them. More
My sales associate, Cameron, was a real pleasure to work with during the purchase of my Nissan Altima. I had a better offer from a competing dealer and he matched it. Additionally, I used his dealership's with during the purchase of my Nissan Altima. I had a better offer from a competing dealer and he matched it. Additionally, I used his dealership's home delivery option which afforded me of completing all the associated paperwork from the comfort of my home. The entire purchase didn't take more than an hour or two to complete. Stewart made my entire car buying experience a pleasurable one. I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future. More
