My experience rating is based on my satisfaction. My sales clerk Mamie was excellent she was patient and allowed me to make my own decision on selecting the car I wanted. However, the facility is old and needs some upgrades. The bathroom was disgusting--the showroom and offices dismal. Furthermore, it has been a month and I still don't have the second key to the car. I like my new Rogue but I don't love it already thinking of something else! More

The sales representative was very friendly and helpful to her extent knowledge of the car that we were trying to get, but she still couldn't answer all of our questions. When we found the car we and price we her extent knowledge of the car that we were trying to get, but she still couldn't answer all of our questions. When we found the car we and price we wanted the management came in and started making us sign things right away without anything (even finances) being finalized. They were aware that I wanted to trade in my old car and wanted all paperwork on it to be done before we even started with the new car. When we went to get our own financing, they seemed to get offended. Then we found out that even though we were looking at one version of the car and were told that we were purchasing it, they were still trying to sell us a base model. So in the end, it wasn't the sales associate, but the management that wasn't helping out. If they wanted our business, they surely didn't show it. The facility was in a bad part of town (not there fault) and was a little run down, which made me a little apprehensive to begin with. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a smooth car buying experience. More
