I’ve been to this dealership 3xs in the last month. I bought my car brand new 5 years ago and knew it was time to get it thoroughly checked out. We got regular oil changes and check ups, but wanted to see the dealer. 1st for a oil change and a multipoint inspection to make Sure everything was fine. We got a green light on everything. Then 3 days later our car shuts off while we’re out of town. We had to tow it to a mechanic and pay labor for them to tell us we needed a new gasket cover because oil was leaking on it... we took it back to the dealership and told them what they said and asked for them to confirm that this was the problem. They said it was and replaced the cover. The next day after the vehicle was returned the car shut off on me again. We took the vehicle back and was told that it now had a transmission issue and it needed to be replaced. This confused my husband and myself because each time we went to the dealership they gave us an inspection sheet highlighting that areas that were good and which were bad. It’s a simple form that you can easily understand. Red is bad, yellow is okay, green is good. Both our Transmission and Battery(I’m talking about the battery now because it’ll be important later in the story) were marked green. We spoke with corporate who agreed to cover 70% of the new transmission, then we found out later through others that there was a lawsuit against Nissan altimas (2013s-2016s) for transmission issues. When we spoke back to corporate they said even though we are having the same issues that were reported in the case, they would not cover 100% of the costs because out VIN number wasn’t flagged. My husband and I thought of taking legal action, but we were just fed up. We went today to go pick up our vehicle and 5 minutes after we got off the phone with them, they called back and said our battery was dead. The initial from desk clerk told me my battery was old(it had not been replaced since we bought the vehicle) and since it had not been driven A lot it 2 weeks. I spoke to both him and his manager and said that our vehicle has been in your care and was fine according to your inspection sheet that was done 2 weeks ago. The manager tells me that he can run that inspection 17xs And it say everything is fine and try to turn the car on and it not start. They said they were not responsible for the battery and because they had mistakenly told us that we could have the rental vehicle until the car was fixed(usually the max you can have a vehicle is 4 days) there was no more “good will” they could put into a battery. I’m writing this review because our situation was handled very poorly. We had no problem paying the repairs. We purposefully brought or vehicle and put our trust into your company. If your testing equipment and maintenance staff cannot ensure the safety and reliability of my vehicle, that is a problem. After my husband paid for the repairs and new battery he made a comment about alerting the media to our situation. The manager called back and stated They would cover the cost of the battery. More

I hate the wait and the long process of buying a car so I knew I was not going to get a car. surprisingly, I did end up getting the last 2018 Nissan Maxima w/ all the bells and whistles and the process was not that long. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. And I love my car! More
No Honor among Dealerships! I bought a 2017 Nissan with the family plan warranty from Fred Anderson before Flow bought them out; now they (Flow) refuses to honor the warranty. I have been in touch with Nissan Corp USA and they have not been any help either. So, I have paid for something I will never get. May have well taken a match to my cash! This was my 6th Nissan and I will never but another one in Fayetteville, NC...if ever! More
Steer clear! Worst service department ever! The sale was certainly easy, we knew what we wanted. The office lady trying to upsell us on the warranty stuff would make you sweat. Our short little Spaniard salesman called constantly after the purchase. 14 times in 4 months trying to sell us another car. He then called my wife's cellphone after I yelled at him to stop calling me at work. The tranny went out at 31k. They took care of it. I've had numerous issues with it only to keep bringing it back and they keep doing software updates but won't fix it. Every oil change takes at least 4 hours. Checking the tranny requires coming back because the ran out of time or waited till it rained and couldn't hear it. I've wasted more time of my life in the service center waiting than I can count. The service writers clearly arent happy with their job. It shows as they ignore you and talk with one another while you stand there like and idiot waiting for them to help. They can't keep an appointment or do a repair in a reasonable time. They don't respect you or your time. Wish I could take the lifetime oil changes and powertrain warranty to another local dealer. This one sucks! This dealership is the reason I won't ever buy another Nissan ever! More

Talked to Chris Milam (sales manager) and Sean Farmer (salesman) on Wednesday night. We agreed on a price within an hour. The vehicle was delivered to my front door on Thursday. We live in the Myrtle Beach SC area. Approximately 100 miles away. No arguing, more than fair price for our trade. They did everything they said they would without a hitch. Cameron Lundy (finance) did the financing. It was seamless. The experience was so fair and enjoyable, my son purchased the identical vehicle in a different color two days later. The followup has been impeccable. Couldn't be happier. Give them a call. You will be glad you did! More
Worst experience ever! I inquired online the lowest price for a Rogue. I was quoted $21,700 for it. While chatting with Ashley Woodard through text, I asked 3 times for the quote with all of the fees. She said she would give it to me but NEVER did. When I arrive, I told the salesman what the quote was that I received. Tom Nuzzo, was his name. He was a smooth talker! So I'm thinking I will go there and give $3000 down and just the fees be added to the price of$21,700 which should have been $23,800 at the most. Well the price Tom and the manager Chris Milam were trying to give me was $24,797 with $3000 down. That is the rawest deal ever been tried on me. My husband asked why the payments would be $368.00 for 72 months, and what was the interest rate. Tom could only answer that the times for low interest rates didn't exist anymore. Wow just wow! I think after this experience of purposely trying to be ripped off, I will stick with my Hondas! No more dealing with anything Nissan anymore! Nissan can mainly thank Tom Nuzzo, Ashley Woodard and Chris Milam. Oh, forgot to add that I was quoted one price then Tom came back with $1000 added to it trying to slip it over. He said Chris had made a mistake. I'm just so frustrated. If they would have been honest, they could have made a sale tonight and I would have had a few more customers for them. More

My wife and I went there with our trade-in vehicle and out with the new vehicle in approximately two hours. Our vehicle has a bad front end collision sensor right out of the dealership. Jessica Pagan was our sales representative and made the coordination for a repair and rental car. I tried going through the Service Department which seemed a bit difficult so I let Jessica handle it and all went well. I would highly recommend using her for a sales rep. and going through her to close out anything outstanding. Sensor was repaired and still working. More
