I should not be sitting in the service department waiting area and witness a salesman have a breakdown and cursing at the coffee machine with kids around. My service rep Kenny was awesome. Not really sure what to say. My daughter purchased a car from Flow Nissan less than a 6 months ago..air compressor bad...though she was told the car passed inspection at that time My daughter purchased a car from Flow Nissan less than a 6 months ago..air compressor bad...though she was told the car passed inspection at that time it showed no issues...nevertheless when she took it to the dealership she was informed that it would cost approximately $1200 to fix. The situation was brought to the Sales Manager and it was discussed...no equitable resolve. My daughter was laid off because of the health crisis and no help in getting this fixed. Well I was told the "other option" was to apply for a credit card through Nissan but that's another bill added to what she already has to pay on top of raising two school age kids. At this point not really sure what to do now. More

Great! I came to the dealer overwhelmed and frustrated. When I asked to speak to the service manager Jason Miller. I was amaze by how he stay silent while I I came to the dealer overwhelmed and frustrated. When I asked to speak to the service manager Jason Miller. I was amaze by how he stay silent while I was telling him my concerns and complains of previous experiences. He let me speak until I had nothing else to say. (must people don't even listen now days) When I was done, he said, " Mr. Fernandez, I apologize for everything that is happening, lets start all over." In a 1, 2 and 3 steps this man solved a bad transmission problem, gave me a car to use until mine was repair, returned my money that I had pay few weeks prior and gave me his number and say anything you need, call me. He contacted me several time to check and make sure my car was functioning right after the car was repair. He went above and beyond my expectations. Is the people like him, that makes a different in another person life. Great customer service. Great management skills, but overall, great person. Thank you Mr. Miller. More

Service Department is a freaking nightmare! Before Flow Nissan took over and it was Fred Andersen Nissan I would give them 5 stars. Fred Andersen Nissan was wonderful. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Before Flow Nissan took over and it was Fred Andersen Nissan I would give them 5 stars. Fred Andersen Nissan was wonderful. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima in October 2017, not even 2 years old. As I sit in the lobby for the 4th time in 4 months not being able to drive my car for the same ongoing problem, no I would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy. I have spent over $2,000 to try and get my car fixed. My warrenty, which again I purchased with my car through Fred Andersen, is not honored. I understand having to pay to have stuff done, totally get that. I should not have to keep paying for the same problem to get fixed over and over. The incompetence of this place is astounding. More

I’ve been to this dealership 3xs in the last month. I bought my car brand new 5 years ago and knew it was time to get it thoroughly checked out. We got regular oil changes and check ups, but wanted to see the dealer. 1st for a oil change and a multipoint inspection to make Sure everything was fine. We got a green light on everything. Then 3 days later our car shuts off while we’re out of town. We had to tow it to a mechanic and pay labor for them to tell us we needed a new gasket cover because oil was leaking on it... we took it back to the dealership and told them what they said and asked for them to confirm that this was the problem. They said it was and replaced the cover. The next day after the vehicle was returned the car shut off on me again. We took the vehicle back and was told that it now had a transmission issue and it needed to be replaced. This confused my husband and myself because each time we went to the dealership they gave us an inspection sheet highlighting that areas that were good and which were bad. It’s a simple form that you can easily understand. Red is bad, yellow is okay, green is good. Both our Transmission and Battery(I’m talking about the battery now because it’ll be important later in the story) were marked green. We spoke with corporate who agreed to cover 70% of the new transmission, then we found out later through others that there was a lawsuit against Nissan altimas (2013s-2016s) for transmission issues. When we spoke back to corporate they said even though we are having the same issues that were reported in the case, they would not cover 100% of the costs because out VIN number wasn’t flagged. My husband and I thought of taking legal action, but we were just fed up. We went today to go pick up our vehicle and 5 minutes after we got off the phone with them, they called back and said our battery was dead. The initial from desk clerk told me my battery was old(it had not been replaced since we bought the vehicle) and since it had not been driven A lot it 2 weeks. I spoke to both him and his manager and said that our vehicle has been in your care and was fine according to your inspection sheet that was done 2 weeks ago. The manager tells me that he can run that inspection 17xs And it say everything is fine and try to turn the car on and it not start. They said they were not responsible for the battery and because they had mistakenly told us that we could have the rental vehicle until the car was fixed(usually the max you can have a vehicle is 4 days) there was no more “good will” they could put into a battery. I’m writing this review because our situation was handled very poorly. We had no problem paying the repairs. We purposefully brought or vehicle and put our trust into your company. If your testing equipment and maintenance staff cannot ensure the safety and reliability of my vehicle, that is a problem. After my husband paid for the repairs and new battery he made a comment about alerting the media to our situation. The manager called back and stated They would cover the cost of the battery. More
