I scheduled an appointment online to have my vehicle serviced. I took the day off of work to bring my vehicle in. First had my car in to fix trunk. Took over 5 hrs. They don't offer rides anymore. They lost parts while fixing that I then had to replace. They got the approval from my car warranty to fix my windshield w don't offer rides anymore. They lost parts while fixing that I then had to replace. They got the approval from my car warranty to fix my windshield washer problem. The part is in but can not get an appointment as once I'm transferred to the service department the person is either rude, says someone will return the call, or he hangs up on you. By far worst service department I have ever dealt with. More
Since Flow purchased this dealership the overall customer service has went from five stars to one star in my experience. Most recently I had a Radar Sensor replaced, of which should have been detected as not service has went from five stars to one star in my experience. Most recently I had a Radar Sensor replaced, of which should have been detected as not functioning long ago during a routine maintenance visit. Unfortunately it was not and cost me $1700 to repair. I was contacted to come pick up my car and when I arrived it still needed to have air put in the tires and get washed, of which it did not get washed when brought to me. All in all I have had previous bad experiences with Flow and now I will find another dealership. More
