Bought 2 new cars on a late Sunday. We decided to purchase a new Maxima SR and an Amarda Platinum after reaching a great deal just after closing time on a Sunday. The staff stayed an additional 3+ hours to help us finalize the deal. All of this after we were allowed to test drive every vehicle we were interested in, and learn about each model from our extremely informative sales professional, Steve. Services I went to services because my car remote wasn't working properly. I had a schedule appointment time but she. I was shocked because I had an appointment time but still had to wait for 2 hours for a schedule appointment time. Need to improve customer appointment times. More

HORRIBLE We went in and Allison one of the sales ladies assisted us, she was really cool & found us something that we would “deal” with but not what we wanted, We went in and Allison one of the sales ladies assisted us, she was really cool & found us something that we would “deal” with but not what we wanted, she later called us after we left the dealership with registration in hand and told my wife that the car is considered stolen... it was a horrible experience, we took our business to Nissan Of Clinton and the experience was 100% better. Recall I have been a victim of the issues with the very dangerous Air Bag issues. I have been expressing my concerns since I've learned about the air bags. I I have been a victim of the issues with the very dangerous Air Bag issues. I have been expressing my concerns since I've learned about the air bags. In my attempt to try to follow the steps. I've ran into those trying to sale me vehicles, trying to set appointments for service, trying to get into a loaner vehicle and being told to sign a waiver about driving vehicle for the dangers of exploding shrapnel. I have 10 grandbabies 9 of which are living and a little brother who's 11. I understand Nissan is supposed to provide me with a loaner not enterprise. I am being brushed off as if the air bags dangers are mine. I'm angry. It's not right, safe and very life-threatening. MMason More
