The buying experience was quick and transparent. The only complaint I have is that I purchased the ceramic coating. I was asked if I wanted the ceramic done that evening (close to 7pm) and I said I The only complaint I have is that I purchased the ceramic coating. I called back Friday at 2pm asking if I could bring it in and was told they only work Monday to Friday 8-5. How were they going to do it at 7pm the day I bought it. No one between the sales person, finance manager, and service department were on the same page. So now I have to take off work to take care of this and it wasn't communicated to me that way before they took my money. More

Service manager Mike was friendly and professional. We had a 60,000 mile service on our 2017 outback. We had the steering links replaced and a four wheel alignment done.
