Do not purchase anything here! I bought a brand new vehicle that turned out to be defective. I only had it 2 weeks. Wonderful Expierience! I came into this dealership with a high rollover on my car and this dealership took very good care of me. My salesman was Stephen Day and he was won I came into this dealership with a high rollover on my car and this dealership took very good care of me. My salesman was Stephen Day and he was wonderful! Took the time to be sure I liked the car (look and ride), also made sure I knew all the ins and outs. Gave me options of cars to look at and him and the finance team did an excellent job of breaking everything down so I knew what I was getting myself into (unlike other dealerships I have delt with). Definantly will be returning in a couple years for myself and currently sending my Mom in to trade in her car! Can't thank you enough again Steve for your time and help! More

Checked out the values on Kelly Blue Book ( Decided to sell a pickup I bought new in 2012 that wasn't seeing anywhere near the use I thought it'd get. Checked out the values on Kelly Blue Book (KBB), Edmunds, NADA and Black Book. Discovered the KBB tie in with Autotrader and thought I'd check it out since the valuation was reasonable. Did the KBB Autotrader link to dealers that would buy (didn't want to deal with a private sale especially with some of the Craigslist horror stories) and ended up with First Ford. The KBB valuation was fair and First Ford honored it so I have no complaints; they were courteous and fair. They also took care of turning in my old license plates/tags and followed up today to confirm same. My first experience with them and I'm satisfied (and I'm not the easiest person to please!). More

It started with an internet price from the Internet Manager Kerrie Gomes. She quoted a price that was very attractive and brought us in to look at the vehicle they had in stock. It was not our first choice of color, but after seeing it in person, it was quite stunning. Kerrie introduced us to Stephen Day. He was an absolutely delightful salesman who honestly seemed just as excited to show us the vehicle as we were to see it. He showed us many of the features and options that the car had as well as pointing out the many safety features. He joined us on a test drive to help show us the features of the car. My wife and I were quite impressed with the car as well as the salesman. Upon returning to dealership I was ready for some high pressure to buy the car. Stephen was quite the opposite, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had already obtained the internet pricing and quickly came to an agreement on our trade with Mark Gauthier, the sales manager. Instead of Stephen running back and forth, Mark joined us at the table and explained the deal quite thoroughly. I was quite adamant about seeing the exact numbers used for the deal and Mark was able to show me everything right to the penny. We quickly came to an agreement and shook on the deal. By now everyone had gone for the day, so the financing would have to wait. I received a phone call in the morning from Stephen to go over a few things and schedule a time to meet with Jay Vasconcellos, the finance specialist. Jay then called me to go over any "extras" that I might want to add before he put the package together. Jay had everything together by the time my wife and I arrived, and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minute. We were amazed. We picked up the car the next day. Stephen had the car filled with gas, detailed, registered, and inspected before we arrived. We dropped off our trade, Stephen went over some of the finer details about the electronics in the car and we were soon on our way. More

I used TrueCar to locate several and narrowed the list to two cars at First Ford. The True Car rating indicated a great price for each. Michael McKenney met me at the door, facilitated test drives for both and conversed with me in a low pressure relaxed way. Felt comfortable (been 14 years since last purchase) and offered me a good trade for my 220k Silverado. Closing the deal, Jay Vasconcellos explained offers for extended service, tire and appearance protection plans in a friendly low pressure informative fashion. Details like registration paperwork and inspection sticker plus recall work taken care of in a smooth hassle free manner Very pleased with my 2013 Fusion. When I'm ready I will visit First Ford for the next vehicle. More
