Bought my NEW car from this dealership in November, thought their sales team was great compared to other car dealers I had dealt with. In January I had an issue with a factory defect in my car and did thought their sales team was great compared to other car dealers I had dealt with. In January I had an issue with a factory defect in my car and didn't think twice about bringing it to their service department. Due to various issues with the supplier they still have my NEW car, it's been a month now. Every time I call them, because they never call me to update me on the status of what is going on, I am treated terribly. Alls they want to do is defer the situation to higher ups but absolutely refuse to give any numbers for people I could speak with that actually might be able to help me with my issue. I have contacted Ford Customer Relations various times to figure out what is going on and then when I confront the dealership with what I find out from Customer Relations they deny everything and tell me they aren't telling me the facts. When I finally got a hold of the person in charge of my situation (thanks to Ford Customer Relations) I straight up asked her if what the Ford Customer Relations was telling me was true, she said yes. I then asked her if she communicated this with the dealership, she said yes. I then informed her of the fact that the service department, including the service leader, had lied to me about that and that I no longer trusted anything they said about my car, what they do with my car (they have left it outside this whole time and claim to HER that they bring it inside at night...well once you saw me getting angry about the fact that it was outside wouldnt you say "but ma'am we bring it inside every night" ?!), and I no longer wish to deal with them regarding the service of my car. This entire situation is not the dealerships fault, it is the supplier, but the service department at First Ford has complete lack of proper Customer Service. I will not be going back here for any repairs or simple services in the future and will be going out of my way to find a Ford dealership that actually wants to keep your service after you buy a car. "New Dealership, New Experience" a bunch of lies! More

No cost. No hassle. 1/13/13 automatic transmission slipping and shifting hard from first to second gears. Brought vehicle to First Ford and explained the problem and repair history. Left vehicle overnight for service. 1/14/13 no calls from service advisor so I call them at 3:30 in the afternoon. Was told that the service tech took it for a test drive but could not replicate the problem. ISSUE: When I picked up my vehicle, the odometer read 0.2 of a mile over the reading when dropped off. That equates to driving it around the building. How can you replicate and diagnose the problem when you do not actually leave first gear? If the service department was too busy to diagnose the problem, they should have contacted me with a better time to bring it back with an apology. Lying to the customer is not the answer and extremly poor customer service. Pay close attention to these folks! More
I went to this dealer with the sole purpose of buying a brand new Ford Mustang. They convinced me to buy a used one on their lot which only had 30k miles. Just 2 months after buying the car, I noticed that brand new Ford Mustang. They convinced me to buy a used one on their lot which only had 30k miles. Just 2 months after buying the car, I noticed that the hood of the car was rotting out. The rot was bubbling up on the front of the hood. I was very upset since the car was in pristine condition when I drove it opff the lot and it also came with factory installed chip guard. When I brought the car to First Ford, the service manager laughed at me and insulted me saying that the hood cannot rust since it is made from aluminum....call it rust or in this case corrosion, it is there as clear as day. The dealer refused to repair & repaint the hood. I was surprised at their actions since I had also paid extra for an extended bumper to bumper warranty. Apparently, they do not feel that the hood is anywhere between the bumpers. More
