I like the maintenance staff we get along well and they are most helpful. I get my service 20,000 in this case with only one small issue. All fluids are supposed to be topped off as part of the oil change, per vehicle safety check list. They missed the window wash. No big deal but worth mentioning. No one at 1st Ford has ever mentioned or asked me to give a review . I am a ford customer for life I don't need to make up reviews. I have oil changes for life agreement. More

She said they were "very competitive" and would beat any offer we had. Well she came back about $50 a month over what another ford offered us, and when I asked her for another set of numbers she said she would get right back to me. 2 days later I emailed her and she said her manager was currently out of the office but as soon as he got back she would get back to me with new numbers, and promised she was not ignoring me. NOTHING. 2 days later I got back to her and she told me to come on in and we could talk numbers. I live over an hour away, the only numbers she gave me were ludicrous, and she wouldn't respond to me, but wanted me to drive over an hour away, past like 4 other Fords, on her word they were "competitive" STAY AWAY. They are bate and switch artists, who try to take advantage of people who they think don't know how to buy a car. My wife loves her new Ford, and we only had to drive about 15 minutes to get it. First first is a joke, and can't even handle basic customer service. Try a new job Kerrie, clearly you can't handle this one More

I mistakenly selected Tony Santos as my Salesman, but that was an error; it was Tony Velino, so I'm reposting my review correctly. Low-pressure on the sale. I went in with the requirements I had for a car. The sales rep. worked with without trying to "oversell" me on something I wasn't looking for. The focus was on working a deal on the model and option package I wanted - nothing more and nothing less. With regards to the financial end of the the process, everything was explained to me with the level of detail that was enough for me to work the numbers myself and come within pennies of the figures that were provided to me. Employees were friendly and personable. I normally hate the car-buying process, but this was a good experience. I would recommend doing your homework up front and making this your final stop before making a decision to purchase. More

I bought a Ford Focus for my daughter's birthday. I specifically told the sales people we wanted a reliable car. We brought home the car on Monday. By Thursday the car's transmission let go, all the parts are one month back ordered. Happy Birthday, to my daughter, a gift, a car she can not use, so we took the hit, and traded it in for another car on the lot tonight. After spending five hours filling out the paperwork and waiting for the car to be cleaned, the certified pre-owned car could not be brought home. Before we could get off the lot the check engine light came on. My daughter still doesn't have a car, but we have paid for two this week. I have lost all faith in First Ford of Fall River. They promised me this car had been completely checked before I signed for it. Shame on me for believing them a second time. More

My sales person “Anthony Velino” was extremely helpful, very professional and assisted me with the entire purchase process. First Ford stands by their sales and corrected a few issues with my car, as older cars have issues. Their repair department is very friendly and courteous which makes the entire process easy. I have recommended them to my daughter’s mother and she is very happy with her purchase. I encourage everyone to stop by and see what they have to offer. More
The right sales person makes all the difference First Ford boasts themselves as being no haggling, and partners with sites like Auto Trade.com and TrueCar.com. Getting engaged with the right sales First Ford boasts themselves as being no haggling, and partners with sites like Auto Trade.com and TrueCar.com. Getting engaged with the right sales staff at First Ford makes all the difference in the world. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because of the phenomenal work done by Boramy Mak in helping identify a vehicle and then John Arnold in helping to get the sale closed. I started off my search using online search tools which led to a response from Boramy at First Ford. While they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, she had a vehicle that was pretty close to and we agreed to use this as a "reference model" for what I wanted in order to explore options and pricing. I went to the dealer to see the vehicle and start the next steps in the process. Unfortunately, Boramy was out of the office the day I went in and the salesman I was hooked up with (Brian) didn't read any of the notes Boramy left detailing the discussions we had had regarding online pricing. Brian treated this as a new sale and made between him and his sales manager Josh, they made the experience entirely unpleasant - quoting me prices that were several thousand dollars higher then Boramy had quoted, and failing to honor the auto trader or kelly blue book values for my trade. The result of this first visit was I walked out the door and immediately sent a note to Boramy explaining the situation. The good news was they had identified a vehicle that met everything I wanted except for the rear seat entertainment. Begin round 2: After talking with Boramy, I decided to let them have another chance at earning my business. Boy what a difference the sales guy made! This time when I came into the dealer, I met with John Arnold who immediately picked up where Boramy left off. Within an hour or so, he and Rob Rocha had an offer for me that was comparable to what Boramy had originally discussed with me on the "reference vehicle" we started with. Jay in finance was extremely helpful and I had him crunch the numbers a couple different times to convince me that things were what they should've been. After the car arrived, they sent it out to have the rear seat entertainment installed. When I took delivery, I discovered that what was installed isn't was was ordered! Turned out that the installer doesn't do the size I asked for even though it was in their catalog. Once again, John Arnold stepped in and is running that issue to ground to correct. Overall, as with any car dealer, do your homework ahead of time, know what your trade is worth, know what the true car price is for what you're looking at, and make sure you work with John and/or Boramy at First Ford if you pick First Ford! The sales team makes all the difference. As a customer service business, having the right foot forward is critical. John and Boramy clearly get that, I question Brian and Josh's understanding of customer service and it is for this reason I only give the dealer 3/5 stars More
This is the Place to go.....If you like the car dealer games I went to buy a truck and negotiated for 45 minutes to an hour. We came to an agreement, Rob the manager came out and shook my hand and congratulated me on my purchase. John the sales rep told me that Jay the finance guy was backed up and I had to wait, “but go sit in the truck and take a look at it.” Should have picked up what they were laying then. An hour and a half later Jay was available and I was about to walk in, when I was stopped and told “we forgot something, your payment is going to go up a little." This is a game I expected years ago, but not these days and not from a "Truecar Certified Dealer". I tried to file a complaint with the company, but I was sent right back to the sales manager Rob, who was part of the games and just gave me an attitude. More
