He brought a truck around and joined me for a ride through the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I inquired about additional features and we walked through the lot where I was able to find exactly what I wanted. With promotions and rebates I was able to upgrade for very little out of pocket. Literally, the worst experience I have ever had buying a car You read the title right! Treated better at dealer that fixed my vehicle Bought a truck from first ford in Fall River. They told me when I get an appointment to call and they would lend me a vehicle. So I agreed when I received appointment with Chevy I contacted first ford several times left messages and never returned my call. Chevy actually said don't worry about it and lent me a car. Also when I bought my truck from first ford the fuel was almost empty. When I asked if they would fill the truck they told me they only put gas in ford model vehicles. I have bought at least 10 cars in my life and this is the first place that did not fill the tank. love the truck I bought but not sure If I would return to the dealer for my next purchase. More

Diane is the best the opposite of lady at cash register Hi Diane who I think is head of service was GREAT. She got the service depatment right on my problem.
