Professional from the start I paid a local garage to work on my truck and they had it for a week. They " fixed " my truck and I paid them but it didn't run correctly so when I sa I paid a local garage to work on my truck and they had it for a week. They " fixed " my truck and I paid them but it didn't run correctly so when I said something they looked at it and they couldent figure out the problem so I was told to bring it somewhere else. First ford diagnosed the problem. It turnrd out the new parts were installed incorrectly and the parts were damaged to the point they were useless so they got all new parts. First Ford installed them properly fixing the the truck. I should have brought it to them first and had it done right the first time. A poor decision cost me six hundred dollars and days without my truck now I have to go to court to recover my loss. WHAT A HASSLE.... It might cost a little more to fix your vehicle at a dealer but they do it right and stand behind the work. More

Recently we attempted to purchase a new dump truck from first ford. We put our cards on the table essentially they had the truck on the lot in the color we were looking for. Prior to going with our trades I asked this is the deal at the other guys can you match it... Yes we will beat it. Send guys down with 2 trades deal was better than we had. I said great will run past accountant.... then called back to say we will proceed and put a deposit. Dealer then informs me owner said deal was too good didn't want to proceed. Deceptive, shameful, typical bait and switch car dealer. This is the kind of thing that gives car dealers a bad name. Worst part truck we passed on sold. More
