Recent Oil change I made my appointment for 12/28 the week before Christmas. When I got there I was told I did not have an appointment. That was frustrating because I g I made my appointment for 12/28 the week before Christmas. When I got there I was told I did not have an appointment. That was frustrating because I got there at 7:30 in the morning. The Service advisor did still put me since I was there early and they were able to complete the service in the time frame that I expected. So in the end they took care of me, but I wonder what would have happened had I got there at a more busy time. I am satisfied with the service, but I don't find them to be the most friendly. Maybe because it was the week between Christmas and New Years and they were short staffed. More
