Poor customer service and service dept. This dealership does not care about its customers. When you pay to have a rental vehicle when your car is being serviced they do not supply that vehic This dealership does not care about its customers. When you pay to have a rental vehicle when your car is being serviced they do not supply that vehicle for you they have every excuse why they cannot give it to you and almost always they claim they have none. They treat you as if you're a liar when you tell them problems about your vehicle they loved it when you purchased all the stuff from them when you first bought the vehicle it's like fighting an uphill battle that you just cannot win because of the way they've treated me I own a 15 Ford Focus that they knew had prior it had issues I've been through two clutches with less than 34,000 miles and still have problems but they claim it's in my head and it's all normal I will never buy another Ford again I will never deal with this dealership again they are really big Liars when it comes to their vehicles just my opinion very very very poor customer service skills More
