They made an appointment for the same day when I called which was great when I went in they would only fix it because it was under warranty and tried to get me to pay a deductible even though I didnt have one. The liaison was very nice but still had to check with the manager for whatever reason about my deductible even though they already had it on record. Was told that the part for my car would not be in until Saturday but was called and told that my car was ready on Friday which was nice. Mixed feeling they were very nice but because of my window issue I am weary. The worst part is that they NEVER have any loaner cars. My car was in there a week but no loaner cars even though they have "22". People need cars to travel to work and they didnt seem to try to resolve it just we have no loaners. They are very nice and quick just still a little weary. More

Damaged NEW vehicle- No return calls I purchased my new f150 almost 2 weeks ago. when we went to pick up the vehicle there were 5 to 6 dents on the hood. The salesman Rick took pictures a I purchased my new f150 almost 2 weeks ago. when we went to pick up the vehicle there were 5 to 6 dents on the hood. The salesman Rick took pictures and said he would take it to his manager and call me back with a date to have it fixed. Four days passed and I still heard nothing, so I called him back and he told me "we are waiting to make sure all the paperwork goes through, you understand what I mean?" I replied, "No I dont understand. I purchased the NEW vehicle with NO damages, pmbut upon pick up it had damages?" He proceeded to inform me that they were waiting for my Extended warranty to go thru, so they could put it through that. I explained that I didnt want it to go thru the warranty, as this was a NEW vehicle and the damage was done after I signed the paperwork while at the dealership. He said he would talk to his manager again and call me back. I never received a call back and this is now the 2nd time. My husband then called back and was told by Rick that Rob approved for this to be done at their cost. I called the service department to set up a time and date and after being transferred 3 times, I was once again told someone would need to call me back. After almost 2 weeks of NO call backs from multiple people. I decided to take more time and return to the dealer. as I walked in the original salesman completely ignored me. I approached Josh, explained the situation, and he walked me right over to service to get this "handled" He asked the gentleman in service to help and set me up with the dent wizard, and process this thru my warranty. Once I again stated that this needs to be fixed and paid for by the dealer and not thru my warranty. even explaining that if I hadn't purchased the EXTRA warranty that they would pay for it, right? Then proceed that way. Seeing this conversation wasnt going anywhere, I asked to talk to Rob, the one that had approved this days earlier per the salesman. Josh returned stating that he had just left to a meeting with the owner and he could call me when he returns. He confirmed the phone number, the same phone number that everyone has and NO one has called me back. Well as I expected it is now after hours and still NO call back. I guess the change of ownership and management did NOTHING for this ford dealers customer service or satisfaction. NEVER again.... Buyer beware and stay away More

Think about the kind of people who own/run this place then think if you want to do business with them. I guess he forgot about how his business sends out texts to solicit for reviews because I was asked to give one right after the call! Ironic right? Edit: Was contacted by management and informed the call was made made by an employee and that the situation would be dealt with. More
another clutch issue; another excellent service experience Brought 2012 Ford Focus Ti with only ~13,400 miles on it in for severe clutch chatter under Ford Cust Satisfaction Prgm 14M01. Diagnosed accurately Brought 2012 Ford Focus Ti with only ~13,400 miles on it in for severe clutch chatter under Ford Cust Satisfaction Prgm 14M01. Diagnosed accurately by First Ford Service Dept and repaired same day as promised. No charge whatsoever to me (the customer)—just as it should be under 14M01. Furthermore, they found no other “problems”, so to speak, for which they could charge me. Vehicle drives like it’s brand new again. Very honest service department. Very skillfull. Very efficient. Very nice service writers. Wonderful service experience. Offered shuttle service from Dealership to my home (within 30min drive time limitation). Did not require this service—so, can’t comment on it, but it’s very nice of them to offer. Based upon this service experience and a previous one for Ford Recall replacement of all four dour latches, I would unhesitatingly recommend First Ford Service Department. More
Terrible customer service I just purchased a 2015 used car from First Ford in Fall River MA. The windshield has several bands of scratches 1" wide by 18" long that are clearly I just purchased a 2015 used car from First Ford in Fall River MA. The windshield has several bands of scratches 1" wide by 18" long that are clearly from the windshield wipers. Although these scratches far surpass the area called out by Massachusetts state guidelines regarding safety inspections, the dealership passed the cars inspection. Prior to the safety inspection I showed the technician doing the inspection both the scratches and the guidelines put out by the state. As well I contacted the sales person who sold me the car who guided me to the service manager who does not respond. The failure guidelines Massachusetts RMV lays out in 540 CMR 4.00 9/5/2008 states " (5.) Wiper scrape(s) in excess of 1/4 inch wide within the critical viewing area." I did not initially see these scratches when driving the car during mid day, but they became very apparent when I drove the car home in the evening light. What can I do? Contact Registry next! More
