Don’t do it! I have had nothing but bad experiences for the last two years that I have taken my car for service. Bought a used car and a warranty in 2016. Not one I have had nothing but bad experiences for the last two years that I have taken my car for service. Bought a used car and a warranty in 2016. Not one visit has gone smoothly - the most recent ( 45k mike check-up) being the worst. When I picked up my car it was damaged - deep gouges in the front bumper. Have gone there as well as emailed and called several people, including sales manager, service manager and customer service rep. NO ONE - and I mean no one - will respond, address this issue, or return calls or texts. I will lose my warranty and all the money I paid for it but this was the last straw . PLEASE DO NOT give this dealership your money or your time. You WILL regret it. More
