Bad customer service Dropped off my truck for an oilchange on a fri morning and had them check the brakes. Got a call by kayliegh who took the truck to tell me i needed brakes all around. I told her i needed the truck back for the long weekend. She told me the truck would be done fri night or sat by noon on sat. Never heard from anyone till i called mon morning and spoke to rebecca who was excellent to tell me the truck wasnt done. Truck was finally done on tues. There was no dealership to customer communication and kayliegh thought it was perfectly fine to leave me without a vehicle for the long weekend. Call me give me my options, let me know the status, maybe offer a loaner. Screw the customer tjats what i got. More

Can get everything done to keep vehicle in great shape! They have everything you need there to get service for your vehicle! Nice waiting areas. They also try to work around your schedule. The only thing I wasn’t happy about is when I questioned about a part for my vehicle and I have a Titanium top of the line SUV one of the salesman instantly said it doesn’t come with that part. I have a hard time believing that a top of the line part ( it was the roll cover for my back area behind the back seat) wasn’t included in the vehicle!! Maybe next purchase will have to come from a dealer who can get on! More
