***BEWARE*** Those looking for fair prices and a quality experience – beware, this is NOT your place. I could not have been more disappointed with my recent experience at Fiore. From the gimmicks, to the se experience – beware, this is NOT your place. I could not have been more disappointed with my recent experience at Fiore. From the gimmicks, to the service, I was horribly dissatisfied. The salesman had promised false numbers (in emails), he called to question my commitment to the car after I changed a visit date (8 inches of snow overnight prior to a 120 mile commute can impact travel), and gave incorrect information about the car’s amenities. Yet, that wasn’t the worst part of this experience. Beyond the rude, arrogant nature of the manger, I must say the most appalling part of this transaction was how my trade-in was handled. Although the manager swore up and down my trade was only worth X, the dealership subsequently listed it on their website one week later for over 1.5 times what they valued it at. The nearly 55% (FIFTY-FIVE percent!) mark-up will now be transferred to the next unsuspecting customer. DON’T LET IT BE YOU! I am a loyal customer who drove back to her “hometown” area to support a local, family run business. A family member who drove with me that day was in the process of looking for a new car also. After noting the listed price of the trade, we both realized we were fooled by the gimmicks of this group. Rest assured; neither of us will be purchasing from Fiore again. It’s very sad when a family business can so quickly lose out on another 2 potential cars and repeat customers. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you. I can only hope this review saves you from repeating my mistake! More
Negotiated a deal over the phone on Thursday 1-17-13 and informed the salesmen (Al) that I wouldn't be able to make it in until Saturday 1-19-13. Al went as far to call me Friday evening 1-18-13 to inform me that he overheard another salesmen discussing the vehicle I was purchasing and that customer was coming in Monday so I should be sure to come Saturday which I informed him "I'll be there early" I departed my home (1 1/2 hrs trip) Saturday morning, only to be told when I arrived "that vehicle sold an hour ago and we were too busy to call you" SO..."YOU'RE NOT TOO BUSY TO CALL & THROW A SALES PITCH BUT WAY TOO BUSY TO CALL A CUSTOMER WHO'S DRIVING AN HOUR AND A HALF TO SAVE HIS TIME & GAS????????" I bought a used car from this dealership a few months back. From the start the experience was fantastic; Bill Hughes (salesman) provided all details necessary for us to make a sound decision. He prepared back. From the start the experience was fantastic; Bill Hughes (salesman) provided all details necessary for us to make a sound decision. He prepared all necessary documents and explained us the process in detail. We were not once worried about the next step. The car was spotless when it was handed to us. Some of the dealer staff (including Bill) stayed back after hours to welcome us even though we were late. The price was lower than most used cars I found online for the same make/year. All the paperwork was done smooth and we were surprised that it was such a simple task to pick up the car! A few weeks later the registration and title were in the mail, all handled by the dealership. Bill has personally mailed us at regular intervals to make sure that car is running fine. I would highly recommend this dealership and Bill to others looking for a new/used car. More

Bill Hughes was the gentleman who I have given Fiore Toyota the rating I did because it was the best car shopping experience I could have asked for. Bill Hughes was the gentleman who sold me my new Corolla. Bill was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. The price they gave me for my trade-in and the price for my new Corolla was very good. I didn't even bother to bicker about the prices! He never tried to sell me a vehicle that I wasn't interested in. Bill took the time and made sure I knew how to work all the instrumentation in the vehicle. He even programmed the phone into the stereo component for us. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the gentleman who talked to us about all the different warranties they had to offer. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. My recommendation to all people who are in the market for a new or used car is to go to Fiore Toyota in Hollidaysburg, Pa. first! Be sure to look for Bill Hughes and tell him Steve Blackie sent you. More
I have been taking my car to be serviced at this dealer since 2010 when I went back to school full-time. I never miss a scheduled maintenance. I am a female and know nothing about cars so I figured althoug since 2010 when I went back to school full-time. I never miss a scheduled maintenance. I am a female and know nothing about cars so I figured although they cost more than another auto service at least there would be some accountability if anything were to go wrong. I asked the service person to let me know when something needed to be done to the car whenever I took it in. Besides, that I traveled for my job and have been dealing with Toyota dealers in other states and towns in PA without an issue. They have always bee great. I know the service at Fiore is sloppy, but usually, or so I thought, they were little things. For example, I would be missing a wheel lock after servicing my vehicle there. Right now I am down to 13 on 16 locks. Another time, two days after having my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, I was on my way back from the children's hospital with my daughter and it was snowing heavily. There were a lot of 18 wheelers and I was constantly getting mud on my windshield. No sooner than I turn the washer on the washer fluid light came on saying washer fluid was low. I thought, OK no big deal. It might have been an oversight. I stopped at a Sheetz and got washer fluid. The invoice clearly said all fluids were topped off. The deal breaker for me was that in march this year when I went for a scheduled maintenance service I was told my tires need to be replaced and they recommended the Bridgestone dueller 400. On their recommendation I bought the tires on 4/4/12 at 82,000 miles. On that same day I took it in to have the tires replaced, I told them the rear window wiper needed to be changed. I was told the service guy checked it and it was OK. He didn't think it needed to be changed. The rubber strip had popped out and would not stay in place. Ray Charles could tell you it needed to be replaced. I tend not to complain about much so I let it slide. I had relocated and took the car to another auto service place closer to home to have the inspection done on 4/9/12. I was told The brakes were so worn they were not safe to be driving around on. They were at 2mm. The rear windshield wiper needed to be replaced. He said he had cleaned up several things on the car and recommended that I start taking care of my car. He was shocked as was I that I had never missed a scheduled maintenance on the car. When I mentioned I had been taking it to the dealer all this time he was even more amazed. I took the car there again for the 95,000 mile service I was told all four tires were evenly worn and needed to be replaced. By this time I was so disgusted with the whole situation. I got in touch with the dealer and told them. I took my car in. They even agree the wear on the tires were excessive for only 13000 miles. Considering they recommended and sold me the tires I expected them to make it right. Wrong!!!! They told me they spoke to Bridgestone and Bridgestone will not deal with the issue with them as the middle person. They gave me the contact number to bridgestone. I called immediately. Bridgestone informed me that the tires the dealer sold me were not replacement tires and carried no warranty. The Bridgestone rep flat out said dealers are known for doing that kind of things and I should go back to them to fix the problem. Bottom line is the dealer thought it was fair "since I have been a loyal customer" that they would replace only two of the tires and I was responsible for the other two. Not sure how they think that is fair. All of a sudden they are saying I chose those tires. I know absolutely nothing about tires and went with their recommendation as documented on the paperwork they gave me. I spoke to the owner of the dealer after I was getting nowhere with the parts person. He is sticking by the deal they offered. I still disagree, but it is winter time and I have a toddler I have to make frequent trips to children's hospital of Pittsburgh with. My daughter's safety should not be bargained with. I called Mr. Fiore said OK all things considered if that is what I have to go with I am willing to on account of keeping my child safe. The tires are not safe to be out in the snow with. Using their own words, "as a valued customer" if he could put the tires on the car and I would pay for them the next month. I am a full time student and a single mother of a toddler. I have limited income to work with. He would not even entertain the thought. I know the dealer took advantage of me. They are the reason I am in the position I am in since they recommended and sold me bad tired in the first place. All I expected is for them to do the right thing. If this is what they do to loyal customers I cannot imaging the service the other people get. It took going to another auto service to realize that have been ripping me off all this time. I can't say it is a dealer thing. all the other Toyota dealerships I have worked with over the years have been fabulous. This is my first bad experience with a Toyota dealer. Every time I hear snow forecast in the news I get nervous if I have to be out on the roads. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They cannot be trusted. Service on the car is poor and customer service is a joke. It is nice to know how they value loyalty. As disgusted as I am I would be willing to replace the tires on my own if I never have to deal with them ever again. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to financially. It blows my mind that they should be giving me they could be giving me the "I really don't care if you or your child dies in the snow with the bad tires we sold you" attitude. Shame on you Fiore Toyota!!! More

Based on what we were telling him John guided us through without any pressure. John was very knowledgable and helpful with our questions and on test drives. He gave us time to think and come back a few times until we finally decided on our Toyota FJ Cruiser in large part due to our experience with him. Would I buy again from John at Fiore? Yes. Would I recommend John and Fiore to friends? I already have. P.S. We love the FJ. More
