Evan was spot on in his description of my Tacoma - the truck was immaculate and exactly as described. Evan was very patient and helpful with questions I had on this truck and returned all of my phone call questions with timely and accurate answers. Evan picked me up the State College Airport, installed my temporary tag, entertained all my related questions- took me for a test drive and had me on my way (with a full tank of fuel) all in under two hours. 1700 miles later this truck has a new home in Montana and I am one very happy customer. Regarding sales, I appreciate the no pressure, no hassle atmosphere. The sales staff allow the vehicles to sell themselves, and with Toyota that's really all you need to do. I always comparison shop when looking for a new vehicle and have found this dealership to be very competitive on price. Price alone, however, is only part of the equation -- being treated decently as a customer and person means alot, too, and the people here do just that. Regarding service, the staff is friendly and professional, and any repair work is done correctly the first time around. Again, being treated decently menas just as much (if not more) than offering the best price. I recommend this dealership the best way I know how to, with repeat business. Keep up the good work. More
