Dylan, from Fiore, not only emailed me but called me. He was respectful in his persistence as with travel and a busy schedule, it was difficult to catch each other by phone. I called him this morning and he come in on his day off to meet me to test drive the Prius C. He was professional and personable. His approach to sales was relaxed and pleasant. I bought the car. As I didn't want the model on the lot, he respected the details I wanted in the car and found one in a nearby state that met my criteria. It will be delivered early next week. My fiance recently totaled my very first car, my pride and joy. Because I hated the rental car, and because I was excited to become acquainted with what would be my new car, I started looking for a new ca and joy. I knew I wanted a white Jetta and it HAD to have leather interior, and the price had to be just right as I'm a graduate student and live on a very tight budget. I found Fiore's listing online for the car of my dreams. The pictures were thorough and you could see fine detail. The car looked brand new, even though it is 2 years old. With only 40,000 miles on it, Fiore was asking $16,400. A dealer had tried to sell me a lesser car the day before for over $20,000. I found the car, now all I had to do was see how it could be mine. I called Fiore and was set up with Bill Hughes. He must have thought I was crazy, since I was calling from Erie, PA (over 4 hours away) and I told him I wanted to leave work (at 2:00 pm) and drive the new car home that night before they closed at 8 pm. Bill worked tirelessly (and wirelessly) all day to make sure that when I was warmly welcomed into their business, my car was detailed, the paper work with the financial institution and for the car were ready for my signatures, and a crazy, 5 hour drive ended up giving me a beautiful, luxury vehicle that perfectly fits my lifestyle. I never felt "sold to" by Bill. We communicated via fax, phone, text message, e-mail, whatever it took to get things in order for this last-minute adventure. I thank Bill, and all of those who worked hard to get me the car of my dreams.
