It was raining, and he made sure that I could use the lights, wipers, defrost, etc. At the conclusion of the deal, Mr. Irvini made sure my phone was working and that I knew he to operate the electronics system. There was an issue with service lights and Bill set up an appointment to have Rav4 rechecked and I used the shuttle service back to work and from work back to Fiore Toyota to pick up car. Great service. There is also a dent in rear passenger door that Bill is going to have fixed.
