First time here and was very pleased. My only concern was the extended warranty that we purchased. This had nothing to do with our salesman. We were not told that we purchased a warranty other than Toy was the extended warranty that we purchased. This had nothing to do with our salesman. I would never have bought the warranty that I bought if I knew it wasn't a Toyota warranty. This should not be a dealership choice. More

I have been a customer at Fiore Toyota for 3 years. My first purchase was helping my parents purchase a Tundra to pull their camper. Since that first purchase in January of 2011 between myself, parents, parents friends, sister and niece we have purchased 7 Toyota's from Fiore's, today was the seventh. Mark is the best car salesman that I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and it is a pleasure. I have purchased well over 25 cars personally in my life and I can say that I have never purchased more than 2 new vehicles from the same dealer because you never get to deal with the same person and when I have it's never been such a enjoyable experience. What kept us coming back to Fiore's is that Mark is not a high pressure salesman. He takes the time to really find out what your needs are and he is very knowledgeable about the product he is selling. This is what sold me, my family, and our friends on Mark and Fiore's, from the beginning. I hope that Fiore's keeps mark happy, because we all would hate to have to start purchasing something other than a Toyota, Mark sells the product, quality is one thing but service is the most important to us, and that's what we get with Mark.......EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!
