I don't believe that there is enough space to explain the experiences I have had with Fiore. I've been lied to about even the simplest maintenance items like re-filling my windshield washer fluid and ale the experiences I have had with Fiore. I've been lied to about even the simplest maintenance items like re-filling my windshield washer fluid and alerting me that my fluids are low when I pay 89.00 for an oil change service and they provide paperwork that says its done and in fact I found empty after I left and checked. I have had parts replaced on my car by them that I already had repaired. When I ask questions they assure me it was a different part! It was the same thing. The paperwork is always misleading and confusing. I have a multitude of problems from them having my car for two months for repairs and then when I pick it up it has a whole new problem!! Every repair is always expensive. I feel that they just pick the most expensive item and start there and trace problems in reverse. I absolutely hate that being a Volkswagen owner they are the only option in a reasonable distance from where I live. I can't stand this place, the service is terrible and they are dishonest to say the least. I am making arrangements so hopefully I never have to go there again! More

The dealership did not have the model we decided on in stock. Mark and others at the dealership worked to locate and bring to us the model of New Beetle we felt we could afford at the monthly payment we wanted to maintain. I have given this rating because I have never had a good visit here. When I first moved here I assumed they were the only VW place to work on my car. So after 8 bad experiences I finally found out there wer visit here. When I first moved here I assumed they were the only VW place to work on my car. Every time I have talked to an employee here they can never tell me what is going on, when my car will be done, or how much it is going to be. I always get different information on my receipt then what I am told. I finally decided to give them another chance and after setting up an appointment to get my car serviced or possibly buy a new car I was told that there actually wasn't a time available. They always have my car for over a week and never have any appointments available. I have discussed my dissatisfaction with employees and surveys and no one seems to care. I will now be taking my business to the State College VW or any other car dealership. More

He didn't pressure me into a sale and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience with Fiore Toyota was a pleasant one. From finding cartoons for my children while we discussed paperwork, to programming my cell phone to my car, to ensuring that there was enough gas in my tank to get me back home, he treated me and my family with kindness and respect. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The sales people were very friendly and didn't really pressure you into buying but gave you all the information you needed to make your decision.
