ALL of my Toyota service is done at Findlay, and I always depend on Jordan Santos as my advisor. Jordan ensures that all of the preventative maintenance is accomplished IAW Toyota specifications on both of m depend on Jordan Santos as my advisor. Toyota lost one of my wheel caps during a routine balance and alignment. I didn’t notice it until several days after the service. It was reviewed and confirmed by Chelsea the manager that the cap was on at e and alignment. I didn’t notice it until several days after the service. It was reviewed and confirmed by Chelsea the manager that the cap was on at entry and missing at service completion. I was then asked to find the replacement on my own which was completely inappropriate and should have been handled by Toyota. It took me several weeks to find the replacement cap which ultimately was the wrong size and had to be returned. I then insisted that you guys find the cap which resulted in me having to make another trip to Toyota with my truck to have it properly measured using the remaining caps and order the correct fit. It was ultimately ordered correctly by Toyota. Moral of the story “Do Better” Rick Carter More

I asked for the person who took care of me last time and they just gave me any random person that was available. I wasted time in mileage driving over there because all I needed apparently was a tire rotati they just gave me any random person that was available.
