Well, my wife called down there six different times about our windshield that got cracked and we paid $75 to replace it. I told him I had the insurance for that. They told me I didn’t. He told me I didn’t have it and I had to go check myself, when I bought the car insurance I bought my wife’s been down there three times so I finally had to go down there and figure it out. I went to the first desk. They told me it was the service problem. I got involved with my sales guy, he got the service manager involved. The service manager told me I didn’t have the insurance and I needed to go find , the finance manager and see what insurance I had he looked at right up printed it out and highlighted it for me. I took it back to the service manager and they look shocked and they finally reimburse my $75 but I shouldn’t have to do this kind of footwork for your guises business. If the finance manager has a computer then why in the xxxx don’t the service people have it in their computer , it’s sickens me. I didn’t have to lift a hand of foot or run around and do anything when I bought the car now that the car been bought it’s like you give a xxxx about me or anyone else I’ve sent four or five people there and if this is the service you guys are given and giving people the runaround then I don’t wanna send anybody there anymore , I’d like to hear feedback if I don’t get feedback I’m gonna come down there and talk to somebody cause I wasn’t not happy at all. They treated my wife me or anyone in there. I hope you understand this is a sucky review because this sucked. More
Poor customer service. I had to wait 5hrs(did not want to go home and double back) the dealership was about to close. The DCM on my car needed updating. I got one update vi I had to wait 5hrs(did not want to go home and double back) the dealership was about to close. The DCM on my car needed updating. I got one update via text it was taking longer than expected. Then with 20 minutes left til closing I found the agent to find out what was going on with the car. He told me the car will have to be left overnight to finish the update. He would give me a rental to get home. While walking over to the office I saw my car parked as if it was done. As I’m waiting for the rental the agent calls me and tells me the car is done. I was more curious how long my car really sat out there ready to go. More
