The vehicle I wanted at first was almost close to closing it out and then they came back and told me they couldn’t it sell it to me because there was a recall. So from an 800 monthly payment it almost double it out and then they came back and told me they couldn’t it sell it to me because there was a recall. So from an 800 monthly payment it almost doubled but I ended up with a newer vehicle Imstead. I also didn’t get a driver side floor mat. The other mats were there. I asked the salesman if I could get a mat for my driver side and told me yes he can. I had my truck for 4 months and nothing has ever came about it. I called Toyota and asked for a mat but got transferred to another person and they didn’t answer. It would be really awesome and nice if I did get that mat since I am paying For a brand new truck. If you could make that happen it would be greatly appreciated. More

It was very easy to schedule and get in for my 10000 mile service. My only negative was the service agent told me 1 hour and after 1 hour and 35 minutes and I had to check on my vehicle. The dealership is comfortable and relaxing. I just wish that the sales people were more interested in making sure that the customer has the opportunity to look over the vehicle and feel comfort I just wish that the sales people were more interested in making sure that the customer has the opportunity to look over the vehicle and feel comfortable in their purchase, i.e. able to afford it comfortably.
