Great Sales Experience Chris Neal was an exceptional salesperson. He spent a lot of time for me and took time later to answer all of my questions. I would definitely purchase another car from Chris. I felt he tried very hard to give me the best deal possible! The only negative I would mention would be the financing agent, Brittany. I left Chris very excited and after 10 minutes of pressure selling extras I was somewhat deflated. I appreciate being given the options, but when I'm questioned why I said no thank you and my answers are analyzed making me feel awkward; that takes away from the experience. I really liked my entire experience otherwise! Thank you! More

Buyer Beware Find another Service Center The facility is focused on driving volume and revenue. Quality, Accuracy and Effectiveness are non-existent. Service Center will damage your vehicle The facility is focused on driving volume and revenue. Quality, Accuracy and Effectiveness are non-existent. Service Center will damage your vehicle and deny all knowledge of doing so. Service Managers are out to protect their business and cover over their liabilities. Read the Google reviews, Facebook posts and Better Business Bureau complaints against Fields BMW before you do ANY business here. It at ALL possible go to a reputable Dealer and Service Center. If you have no other choice take video and pictures of your vehicle before turning over your keys and do NOT sign anything unless you are given a copy. Anything committed to or verbally discussed get it in writing especially from the Service Managers. Take your Premier Brand Vehicle to a Service Center that has earned a right to service it and actually will do a decent job. Fields BMW in NOT that kind of place. More

Hugh immediately approached us and was very personable and not your typical sales guy. He showed me a couple cars and took me on some test drives with no pressure whatsoever. The process was very easy with him and he was patient with me while I made my decision over a couple of weeks. Once I made the decision to lease my 330 he went right to work and he made it the easiest process and I was in and out of there in no time. As a longtime GM leaser, I can’t say enough how excited and proud I am to have a 330 and the incredible and impeccable experience that Fields gave me.
