Worse customer service! Will never buy another BMW We drove an hour to have 2 recalls fixed and have it serviced . After waiting over 5 hours we get into the car and the service engine light is still o We drove an hour to have 2 recalls fixed and have it serviced . After waiting over 5 hours we get into the car and the service engine light is still on . When I asked Chris my service guy why this wasn’t fixed he replied you didn’t ask us to !!!! Very arrogant ! I will never purchase a BMW from this delarship ! More

Amazing service Fields BMW really stands out for amazing customer service. They always make sure any service needed is not covered by warranty before they charge me f Fields BMW really stands out for amazing customer service. Even the remote control battery which i didnt know it would be covered by manufacturer warranty. They always go above and behind and i enjoy the free car wash for life. I can go and relax while my car is being wash for FREe as many times as I want... amazing! More

Impressive Experience I just moved from South Florida and had my 30,000 miles service done at Fields BMW of Winter Park and the experience was night and day different than I just moved from South Florida and had my 30,000 miles service done at Fields BMW of Winter Park and the experience was night and day different than the dealership that I purchased my BMW from and the Dealership which I live nearer to that did a few of my scheduled services. Firstly, my Service Adviser/write David was just a nice guy and unlike the Service Adviser I dealt with back in South Florida actually wanted me to understand what was going to be performed and further more actually checked into any software updates that might be available and actually performed the software update which to date seems to have fixed the issue that I have been experiencing for over two years. The other two dealerships first tried to tell me that no software update was available and my personal favorite was that they would have to ask BMW permission to update the software. David checked saw that there was newer software available, explained that it takes a while to flash the software and after I said no issue, keep the car as long as needed, that was that, we signed the paperwork and they gave me a ride to my office, truly top notch. While the waiting area is no where near as opulent as one of the Dealers in South Florida, it had everything I might want, and even offered freshly prepared food! My only complaint and it is minor, the Wi-Fi was a bit flakey and slow. More

Efficient and informative. Took my car in because the engine light was on. Diagnosis was faulty fuel injectors which BMW covered. Fields BMW - Never Again Very Disappointed with Fields BMW. Misrepresentation on selling us 2 cars. Very frustrated with Sales, Managers, District Manager, GM, and Owner. Tot Very Disappointed with Fields BMW. Misrepresentation on selling us 2 cars. Very frustrated with Sales, Managers, District Manager, GM, and Owner. Total Misrepresentation. They sold us 2 cars, had more service issues than actually enjoying the cars. Sold us on a Select Program, car builds negative equity until a balloon payment is made at the end in order to own the car. It took almost 5 months to get no resolution. They are more about placing money in Managers salaries than worrying about client relations. I will never purchase a car from Fields BMW again. More
