Amazing Service Received a reminder I was ready for an oil change. Shaun set up dispatch to pick up my vehicle at my work. I was pleasantly pleased when I met Clariss Received a reminder I was ready for an oil change. Shaun set up dispatch to pick up my vehicle at my work. I was pleasantly pleased when I met Clarissa who dropped off a loaner and took my vehicle in for service. Received messages through out the process. I was pleasantly pleased again to have Clarissa bring back my car right after lunch. I didn’t have to do it go anywhere and my car was cleaned!!! Fields BMW is the Best!! More

Service appointment went great Brought my car in for oil change picked up my loaner was in and out quickly. Needed 2 new tires because had a nail in one. Outstanding, thought-free service I will start by saying that I was skeptical. Years ago, I would drive my 1st BMW all the way down to Fort Lauderdale because I am picky about my car. I will start by saying that I was skeptical. Years ago, I would drive my 1st BMW all the way down to Fort Lauderdale because I am picky about my car. This go around I decided to give them a shot and I was blown away! Josh, my service advisor, was prompt, courteous, and communicated efficient. After setting a day to bring the car in that would accommodate me, he went over the details of the service. He realized after hearing my concerns they would need to keep the car over the weekend and set me up with a loaner. When I arrived everyone was friendly and helpful. They even helped carry my daughter's car seat to the loaner and even offered her breakfast! But the best part, and the ones I really want to to recognize is the ones that rarely get mentioned, the mechanics. Not only did they exceeded my expectations on the repairs I wanted, they took the liberty of making some other adjustments that were not on the service slip. I know because I know my car very well. Thank you to everyone. I am a true raving fan now. More
