Supposely did a diagnostic for more than 1000 to my vehicle Dropped the car off at the dealer, for a Diagnostic, which was going to run about 150$, left it there, got a call from the service advisor who I will Dropped the car off at the dealer, for a Diagnostic, which was going to run about 150$, left it there, got a call from the service advisor who I will not name, and told me that we need it to open the engine, and that it was gonna run about $1000 accepted, never got a detailed reason for diagnostic, dealer was horrible communicating, I went on vacation they tried to put a lien on my car ended up costing more money, only to recieve the car home and it was never touched!! Very unpleaseant and feel scammed by fields, even tough I spoke to the service Director still made me pay. I have purchased 5 cars in the past from this Dealer, and Unless they do somenthing drastic to make me happy WILL NEVER PURCHASE FOM FIELDS EVER AGAIN, and trust in the brand is also decreasing looking at better options than BMW More
