The service was performed and my car has been running well ever since. The price even with a discount did seem high, particularly when "shop charges" are added in to the costs. I have always felt, and still do, that "shop charges" are and should be part of the basic costs of doing business just as are a comfortable waiting area, electricity to light and cool the showroom, etc. More

I was slightly unexpected as I showed up a day I recently purchased a BMW Z4 at Fields and the entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful. I was slightly unexpected as I showed up a day earlier than I had told them I would so another client adviser stepped in, got the vehicle I was interested in out of inventory so I could look at it and take a test drive. I bought the car and Fields was equally great when I came back a few days later to pick it up. Thanks for making this such a great experience from beginning to end. More

Traveled down to Orlando from Chicago at the weekend to spend a week in the sunshine and warm ! only to find my a/c was not working and then a crack appeared in my windshield that started to get bigger. Bo spend a week in the sunshine and warm ! only to find my a/c was not working and then a crack appeared in my windshield that started to get bigger. Booked car in online using easy to use system and took car along to the service center. I was met my Gregg Ott who checked me in and kept me fully informed about progress. He also arranged for Safelite to fix my windshield and arranged for hire car. Obviously supported by a great team, Gregg went above and beyond to make sure we were set for our return trip back to Chicago the next day. Good job, great experience, many thanks. More
The moment I walked on the lot I was greeted and showed around. The entire BMW staff was a delight. I was in and out within a few hours. For me the most dreadful part of buying a new car is the finance part. I was greeted by James Cardenas which he was "The Finance Guy". He was very friendly and funny, he put me at ease and explain the entire process and documents in English , not in car jargon. He recommend a few warranties that made a lot of sense. Over all I would recommend this dealership and go see James Cardenas if your going to finance your vehicle. More

Jimmy Cardenas did an outstanding job at working his best to get my deal approved he never settled and was sure to get me the best rate he could. Everyone at the dealership and sure that I was comfortable at all times. They informed me of all the features my car had and they ensured I had a good understanding of all the New gadgets in my car. They took me for a ride in my vehicle to in sure I had no complaints. They even had a snack area with good snacks which is a bonus. All in all my experience at this dealership was outstanding. I have recommended it to many people as it will continue to. Great management and an awesome sales team that knows their cars and are not pressuring you into buying a car. Definitely will be back here when I'm ready for another car purchase!! More
They transfer my tag and registration without my knowledge with no money or trade transfer. I was pulled over by the officer on my way their the next day, and to my surprise fined $114 for each c knowledge with no money or trade transfer. I was pulled over by the officer on my way their the next day, and to my surprise fined $114 for each citation. I missed work (out for works pay) , out $248 for tickets plus, parking . They know it was illegal and never made good on their word that they would refund me. I have spoken to the GM and the financial Guy who states he would send a check out. I have spoken to the cashier and no check has been issue. They were quick to make a deal but turn out to be lies. Going on 6 weeks after the deal and still no check.... More
