Satisfaction with service visit My battery light came on unexpectedly. Service check determined a new alternator was needed. The service was performed and my car has been running w My battery light came on unexpectedly. Service check determined a new alternator was needed. The service was performed and my car has been running well ever since. The price even with a discount did seem high, particularly when "shop charges" are added in to the costs. I have always felt, and still do, that "shop charges" are and should be part of the basic costs of doing business just as are a comfortable waiting area, electricity to light and cool the showroom, etc. More
