Used car I was sold a used car that needed $3500 in repairs 1 month after purchasing it. The salesman knew i would be driving it out of state and it was an uns I was sold a used car that needed $3500 in repairs 1 month after purchasing it. The salesman knew i would be driving it out of state and it was an unsafe car. After contacting them about the isdue and bringing it to another Dealer to fix,,They would not cover the cost.. The Other dealership stated that there would be NO WAY. They didnt know about the defects. I will never use them again or recommend them. SHADY More

Satisfaction with service visit My battery light came on unexpectedly. Service check determined a new alternator was needed. The service was performed and my car has been running well ever since. The price even with a discount did seem high, particularly when "shop charges" are added in to the costs. I have always felt, and still do, that "shop charges" are and should be part of the basic costs of doing business just as are a comfortable waiting area, electricity to light and cool the showroom, etc. More
