New Tire Purchase and Installation I purchased 4 new tires to be installed.I dropped car off at roughly 1 pm on a Friday. Was told car would be done by 5 pm. I was the last customer I purchased 4 new tires to be installed.I dropped car off at roughly 1 pm on a Friday. Was told car would be done by 5 pm. I was the last customer to leave the dealership when my car was finished at 7 pm. Later that same evening, my low tire pressure indicator came on for my rear left tire. I returned the car to the dealership the following morning. I was told the tire did not settle properly and that it was adjusted and problem solved. That Monday morning (two days later) the low tire pressure indicator on my rear left tire came on again on my way to work. I dropped the car at the dealership and the mechanic came out and admitted to me that there was a tear in the bead and that he had noticed it on Saturday when he "re-set" the tire but thought he could simply seal the tear instead of replacing the tire. He proceeded to replace the tire that day and I picked the car up around 6 pm. Needless to say, I was appalled with the entire situation. I purchased a brand new tire and was given a defective one that the mechanic knew was defective, and having tires replaced turned into a 3 day event. I lost significant trust in the dealership and left with a really bad taste. I will most likely not be returning. More

2016 BMW X1 and Fields BMW South Orlando I was in need of purchasing a new car since mine was 11 years old. I previously had a BMW many, many years ago however I steered clear of another one I was in need of purchasing a new car since mine was 11 years old. I previously had a BMW many, many years ago however I steered clear of another one because of the cost of the upkeep of the car. As I was walking up to the showroom I noticed a sign that reads "It costs more to maintain this sign than a BMW"! I was in shock and excited at the same time. I was approached by a salesperson named Jason Price, a true professional. People are always skeptical at car dealerships but I will say he was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding of my needs. Jason went above and beyond to help me purchase a car that suited all my needs (and more)! The 2016 BMW X1 is by far the best SUV on the market with a very reasonable price tag. It offered everything from a panoramic sunroof, to heated seats and steering wheel, to the latest technology in closing M BlueTooth and XM Satellite Radio. I never expected to get such a great value for the price and I'm overwhelmed with this new X1. Jason was instrumental in helping choose a BMW that was perfect for me and my needs. I opted for the Mineral White (metallic) with the Mocha Leather Interior and I couldn't be more happy! Jason helped make this process quick and painless. The manager Mike Bouzko went above and beyond to get me into my new X1 with seamless effort. The entire process was extremely professional and I would HIGHLY recommend Fields BMW - South Orlando on Orange Blossom Trail! Jason is a rare find in the car business, he has a customer for life!!! Jason Price, Mike Bouzko and the BMW Genuis Jennifer have made this an amazing buying experience! They are always happy to assist in any way possible when it comes to my new BMW! Time to make BMW special again. Did not even get service appointment made for. Plug the key in and came up with a few hundred dollars in trivial "services". Didn't seem to understand the purpose of this visit. Said not needed yet. Yep all this from the key. Ohhh wait, now that we have done what the key said,, darned if now we see the light and why you came in in the first place. Yeah,,, that'll be a thousand dollars on top of the hundreds we've already hooked on you. And seriously, I understand flat/book rate for labor... Ummm,,, 36 bucks to screw in a light bulb that I just paid you 16 dollars. Nope, not anymore. As it seems like BMW service at Fields has simply become the same only way more costly than one might expect from your local Kia or Dodge dealer. No offense to either of them, I just remember not too long ago BMW was so very different. Heck, I'd show up with doughnuts or pizzas. Now I am afraid to do anything but hold onto my shorts to avoid a complete and impersonal screwing. More

The shuttle driver, Jesus is a great person. Every person I came in contact with was exceptional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
