Looks like I got forgotten by my service agent. I understand it was the new year holiday and there might be a shortage of staff, but since this is a BMW dealership I would expect the quality of serv I understand it was the new year holiday and there might be a shortage of staff, but since this is a BMW dealership I would expect the quality of service to be of the same high caliber I have experienced elsewhere, no matter when I come in for a service. Well not at all. I arrived at the dealer for oil change shortly after the lunch. The girl at the reception seemed friendly and told me that my car will be ready, washed and vacuumed in one hour and half and she will keep me updated when it's ready. Then I waited and waited, until all customers who arrived roughly at the same time as I did, has left. I noticed that my car was parked in the parking lot and I thought 'there might be some additional maintenance they would like to perform', so I waited for another half an hour. Still no updates. I decided to find out myself. The girl who promised me an update has gone awol and it took another service advisor quite some time to locate my file. Well the service has been done for quite a while but no one cared to give me an update. Finally, I had to walk to the parking lot myself to get my car, only to find out that the window on passenger side was still covered with dirts. I was really disappointed. More

Fields BMW had the right model, year and "all the trimmings," - and all at a great price (according to Kelley Blu It started with an internet search. Fields BMW had the right model, year and "all the trimmings," - and all at a great price (according to Kelley Blue Book, CarGurus and TrueCar). Then, I got Jay Fitzgerald, the BEST salesman you could ask for. He made the whole process very easy, even picked me up at the airport on his day off. Jay made sure the car was absolutely perfect for delivery - he personally inspect the vehicle and directed the detailing since, in his words, "I probably won't see you again and want you to be happy with this purchase." During the detailing, there was a scratch in the hood that wasn't buffing out, so Jay ran it over to the body shop for repair. This is the ONLY guy you want to buy a car from. Then, it was off to the Finance Manager - this is where you normally get the high pressure sales tactics to add on the high margin packs (special upholstery treatments, finishes) and warranties. Not so with Lisette. I did get the intro and the explanations, but no pressure. She made the out of state process easy with a thorough explanation of the complete process. Great car for a great price with great service - what more could you ask for? More

Fields customer service sucks I had to wait almost 2 weeks to reserve a loaner and when my car was not ready was told I could only drive loaner 50 miles a day. Considering that the average person has to make numerous stops and during the weekend has to run errands... 50 miles was unacceptable. I had to call a friend to take me around Bc I didn't want to pass the mileage. This is the main reason that I rather drive to Sarasota of BMW to get my service done. They always give me a loaner (even though I didn't purchase my car from them), don't restrict the mileage, and are very attentative. When I call Fields BMW, I have to wait an avaerage of 10 or more minutes to get someone on the phone at the service department. That is poor customer service. More
