I recently purchased a used Audi S4 from Fields BMW in Lakeland. I worked with Matt Hyndman. He stayed in communication with me during the process and worked with me to make sure I was not wasting my time and money going down. When I arrived at the dealership, I found that the car to be exactly as Matt described. Matt was also accommodating in letting me take the car to the local Audi dealership for a pre-purchase inspection and letting me drive it over thirty miles to the nearest branch of the bank I was using for payment. Once I decided to purchase the car, Matt was kind enough to spend time conversing with me while the paperwork was being completed. He also made sure that the car was detailed and filled with gas before I drove it off the lot. He even offered without a request by me to contact the previous owner to try to get the second key FOB.
