Fields BMW Lakeland still makes the new car buying experience an enjoyable experience. Negotiations are fair for both parties; they do not add market adjustments to their cars or add a bunch of worthless add-ons that they sell for thousands of dollars. The finance team is fantastic and is always very kind. They show you the options you have for warranties, etc; however, they ensure that they do not upset the customer if you do not want to purchase. If you live in the West Florida area, become a loyal customer of the Fields Auto Group by driving the 90-120 miles, and you will save thousands and receive better service. BMW should be thankful that there are still dealers like Fields who represent the brand well and provide excellent customer service. More
