One person that stands out in my mind is Curtis Pease, the new car sales manager. What a genuine and accommodating person he is! My husband also bought a new car, but found it constraining size wise, and too sporty for his age. He decided to return it and get his truck back, which was being fixed and detailed for sale at that moment. Mr. Pease did everything possible to make this change of heart a reality, and was genuinely happy to see a smile on my husband’s face by once done. Mission accomplished with respect and dignity in place. I am thrilled to give credit to this dealership and especially to Mr. Pease, who is still in touch with me making sure I get any help with the technology aspect of the car, or with anything else I might need.
