PARTS SCAMMER horrible horrible service i return a part cause it was the wrong part spoke to Mason and Turner from Parts and they charge me $52.00 for restocking fe horrible horrible service i return a part cause it was the wrong part spoke to Mason and Turner from Parts and they charge me $52.00 for restocking fee from $178.00 part, a part that was not the part that i needed in the first place horrible service beware they will scam you, Mason the part manager send me a fax telling me to pick what i need i had told him they were 4 items that looked the same he didn't even know which one it was i told him that i thought it was a certain one and he said order it, the part got here and it was the wrong part so now he tells me that its my fault because i was the one that picked it he scammed me on picking one of the items, now he wants to act like it is not his fault when customer calls and ask for a part they shouldn't have to fax you and let u choose so they are not responsible, worst BMW in central Florida i would not recommend this BMW to my worst enemies, BEWARE!!!!! More

Customer out of town in need of assistance. While travelling to Orlando from Sarasota for my daughter’s birthday, we experienced an unexpected tire blow out on my 2013 335i. Since we were close While travelling to Orlando from Sarasota for my daughter’s birthday, we experienced an unexpected tire blow out on my 2013 335i. Since we were closer to Orlando, we called your Field’s Dealership there and were told that they would be unwilling to help us out even in an emergency due to a full schedule. I immediately called your Lakeland dealership with the hope of getting some help and spoke with Selena. She said that if we could get to the dealership before 1:30pm that they would work us in. Unfortunately, the run flat tire gave out just two miles down the road from the dealership, leaving us stranded on I-4. I again called Selena and she was quick to help us arrange for a tow using BMW roadside service, which got there sooner than expected. At this point we would be cutting it close to get to the dealership before 1:30pm, and she was kind enough to ask the technician if he would stay late to help us. To our amazement, he agreed to do so and we were able to get there just before 1:30pm. Within a couple of hours we had two new back tires and were able to eventually make it to Orlando to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Selena and the technician are truly exceptional employees for their ability to help customers from out of town and not turn them away because “they have a full schedule”. While the Field’s Orlando dealership has lost any future business from me for their lack of help from this event and past events, your dealership has earned my respect and gratitude for going above and beyond that day. As a supervisor myself, I know that great employees make an organization shine and stand out, and these two are just that, Great! Please give them the recognition that they deserve because exceptional customer service is hard to find in people today. Even though I don’t live nearby to Lakeland dealership, I will certainly be looking to buy my next car from that dealership because of how these two employees performed that day. More
