Professional Staff professional, although it took a long time of me standing in the service center to be recognized, although several people walked by and not all Staff professional, although it took a long time of me standing in the service center to be recognized, although several people walked by and not all service reps were on the phone. Eye contact, smile and node is all that is needed to let someone know you will be right with them. Only other item was grease was found on my inner door handles and side door frame, then I had to clean off. New battery and oil change took 3 hours, which is a little long. More
