I had a 02 330i and they installed some Dinan parts screwed them up and I had to call Dinan to get the problems rectified. Some of the rudest and most arrogant people I have ever dealt with. I later d screwed them up and I had to call Dinan to get the problems rectified. Some of the rudest and most arrogant people I have ever dealt with. I later decided to purchase an 03 M3 and went to talk to them, they act as if they are doing you a huge favor by selling you a car. Needless to say I did get my 03 M3 but not from them !!! More

Fields service department is incompetent. 90% of the time, I have to bring my car back to have the original service done correctly. Avoid this dealership if possible. <br><br>The service advisiors are v time, I have to bring my car back to have the original service done correctly. Excellent dealership to do business with. I did Spartanburg delivery and my sales rep, Furman Clark, made sure everyting went off without a hitch.
