Courteous Service Advisor Rescues A Holiday Trip My wife and I were traveling from Port Saint Lucie in southeastern Florida to celebrate Mother's Day weekend with my sister, who lives in Clearwater B My wife and I were traveling from Port Saint Lucie in southeastern Florida to celebrate Mother's Day weekend with my sister, who lives in Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast. We had driven a short distance on the Florida Turnpike when an alert signal appeared on the dash panel of my BMW M3. I stopped at the first rest area and discovered that my oil check guage indicated that the car needed a quart of oil. I was concerned because my dealership recently changed the oil (8 quarts) and oil filter. This was the first time I was driving the vehicle since that low mileage oil service. How can the vehicle be down a quart of oil? I continued for 135 stressful miles to Fields BMW Lakeland. In a matter of minutes, Albert Darby checked the oil level on the diagnostic display in the vehicle's "i-drive" system and noted that the oil level was one-half quart low. He personally (and meticulously) poured one-half of a new quart of Castrol 10W60 oil into the crankcase. Then he gave me the container with the remaining oil and suggested that I re-check the oil level later and add a little more, if necessary. I was so grateful that my bimmer was fine and, thanks to this thoughtful service advisor, we continued on our way to a family reunion. They say, "A friend in need is a friend indeed." Although they serviced my previous BMW which they provide excellent job, buying/leasing is a process and takes some negotiations. My client Advisor, FURMAN CLARK, facilitated the transaction no-pressure and hassle-free. The entire staff at Fields are very nice from receptionist, Service dept. client Advisor (Albert Darby), Manager, Documentation Clerk, and most of all my client Advisor, Furman Clark. Fields BMW Lakeland exceeded my expectations, above and beyond. I give them 5-star ratings and I highly recommend this dealership to someone in the market for BMW....Yolanda More

The first was a 2011 new 5 series it had an internal electrical problem, Fields had the car for 2 of the first 3 months we owned it kept give it back saying it was fixed several times. The lead salesman Majed Masrallah is the biggest liar I've ever seen, when purchasing the first car we wanted to upgrade the wheels, he said no, no I know a guy I can get them,for $1500 he would never return your calls, so no wheels. He also told my wife that he knew BMW was coming out with the apps. upgrade and that he already had them, never happened, But to our stupidity we went back for more, Bought a new 2014 5 series with the 2.0 turbo with 23 27 34 claimed mpgthe car only avg. 21 mpg took it in they did nothing I asked Tina did you contact BMW engineers she said no, they googled it, they even told me that the car needed to break in before it could get gas mileage even though it had 3,000 miles on it. took it in again to check mpg getting worst they did oil change, and Tina again told me nothing wrong with it so we didn't do any thing. Contacted John service manager, we meet and I thought things were going to be better, he and his tech were going to compare with other cars and talk to BMW, never heard a word back from either, Called Majed to let him know we were heading to another dealer, he said give me a minute call you right back, never did, we trade it for a demo at another dealer This one is avg. 27 mpg and runs great. I wish I could have given a 0 rating. This is a shame because this is our local dealer, Give them a call leave a message and see if they return your call I doubt it. More

Absolutely no follow up. I was pre-approved through BMW FS and knew exactly which car I wanted and was ready to buy asap.....received a call from a sales rep to advise I was approved and he would research FS and knew exactly which car I wanted and was ready to buy asap.....received a call from a sales rep to advise I was approved and he would research inventory and call me back asap. Never received a call back. I sent an email, text and left several voice mails to only be ignored. I switched to another dealership 2 days later and bought a new 2014 car the same day. This should have been an easy sale: pre-approved through their own bank, no trade in and I was ready to go. Their loss! More

Not only have we purchased two cars from Fields but we use them for all the parts that we need when I service our older Bimmer also. The reason we continue to use their facility is because it is evident that everyone there wants to help. It was very fast to trade cars with him since all the paper work was done before he brought the car.He really went out of his way to accommodate me and be so helpful and kind and was very honest to me through it all.I will call Lance back in 3 years to order another car. I purchased a 2006 Toyota 4Runner from Fields BMW. All I have to say is the service was excellent and continues to be fantastic.
