Had a great sales experience with Lakeland BMW in buying my wife a new car. I got a fair trade in price for her car, higher than any other dealer too. "Magic" or Majed was our salesman. He took the time to discuss options and actually showed the car features to my wife and 'took the time' to explain them even though it was a late night pickup. We also met Gary Gordon the GM who was very helpful in resolving the problem with getting a car from the OBT dealership. Gary was friendly and not obnoxious like some GM's at other dealers. He actually cares about the client and doesn't sit behind a desk in some secluded office .I actually paid less for this car than a Genesis with less features, this car was loaded, and only costs me $40 a month more than her old car and $120.00 a month less than the Genesis would have cost. The finance was seamless and only took 15 minutes to sign as everything was ready when I walked into Melissa's office. They are definitely a professional dealership and not "dishonest" as claimed. They have been more than up front with me on this purchase with no hidden facts and gave me a good interest rate. My wife can now enjoy the car and the fact she has a reputable dealer to go to even though its 45 miles away. We would definitely buy here again and are now looking for a car for my oldest son at this dealership. More

VERY DISHONEST! I bought a CPO CAR and it was in the shop for 3 weeks after this. They said "Too bad". Shocking response to say the least. Look at other reviewers here..This place is bad news! I've purchased 5 BMW in last 9 years...Don't bother contacting BMW North America..they could careless too. I documented everything including all repair work since I purchased the car. Overall a horrible experience with the sales team at Fields BMW. I provided then with a deposit to procure a specific car for me. 3 days later there was no response and the sales person was off and d Fields BMW. I needed to take delivery that day for the special financing. After multiple calls trying to work with the sales manager to find out what was going I decided top purchase the car from another dealer. At 4:00 in the afternoon they still were not able to confirm that they would have a car for me to purchase. I advised them not to worry about it, and the sales manager promptly hung up the phone on me. It took me another week to have my deposit refunded. One word to describe the sales team: unprofessional.
