After we purchased we contacted Fields BMW of Lakeland as they are the closest dealer to our home in Sebring about scheduled service and any warranty work if needed. Spoke with Mike in service who was very helpful in answering all of my questions. When it was time for routine service I contacted Mike who accommodated all of my needs. The only thing I wish was different was that I purchased a BMW years ago. I am 54 years old and have never had a more pleasurable experience dealing with a dealer when it comes to service!
