Several Issues were not addressed that I have to deal with post service 10/22/24 REGARDING MECHANIC / COURTNEY misinformation to my insurance adjuster. Due to hurricanes Helene/Milton I had insurance with post service 10/22/24 REGARDING MECHANIC / COURTNEY misinformation to my insurance adjuster. Due to hurricanes Helene/Milton I had insurance tow my car to Ferman Unfortunately the tech/Courtney stated to the insurance agent that my clear coat and paint damage " was a manufacturing issue" and molding light assemblies was not due to hurricane. As a result of Ferman mechanic?/Courtney? who are not an expert with paint/clear coat damage . Someone in your company should have stated the clear coat and paint damage requires evaluation from a separate Ferman exterior expert. Also majority of the time I come to FERMAN for service - NO ONE EVER WASHES/VACCUMS MY CAR (INCLUDED) I have used FERMAN since 2013. As of today 11/13/24- I am burdened with this severe Insurance disinformation due to your mechanic or Courtney stating hurricane EXTERIOR damage is a" manufacturing issue" I didn't find this out until recent week.
