My wife took the Mini Countryman in for annual maintenance. No other issues were identified on the monitoring app. All OK. At the dealer my wife was told that she had to change one of the front br maintenance. No other issues were identified on the monitoring app. All OK. At the dealer my wife was told that she had to change one of the front brake pads and one rear brake pad plus a brake pad sensor. All for over $470, for a car that is treated very well and has only about 17,000 miles on it. I wrote to the dealer asking if this is normal on Minis - no answer from Ferman and a week has gone by. In my opinion, this is substandard quality and poor service. What a disappointment with Mini and with Ferman! More
Not happy at all with my service visit on Monday. Ferman lost a significant sale from us because of inadequate communication/service. I specifically told Courtney I wanted the mini serviced not just an oil change. Also told her I wanted a loaner while vehicle was getting serviced. We discussed a coupon I received for a $150 AC inspection and discussed the seat the was broken. She never told me that they would not give us a loaner since all we were doing was an oil change. As a matter of fact, we scheduled the service for Monday because she said they would not give out a loaner on Friday in the event that repairs were needed. My spouse is the one who brought the car in. I told her what we were doing and, most important, she should get a loaner. On Monday, she was told they don't give loaners out for oil changes and Courtney talked her out of the $150 AC check. It was a very frustrating experience for her. After a couple of hours, we get this text recommending all the services the vehicle needed. There was no way she was going to sit around for a few more hours waiting for all the services to be done. NOW, had we had a loaner, we would have said move forward to do the services and repair the seat. Unfortunately, Lisa bought a 3yr oil change package which I will call in the next couple of days and try to get refunded because it is not worth the drive and wait for an oil change. Very disappointed. Will try to find a reputable mini repair shop. More

Matthew knows I’m a widow when I’m alone I don’t know anything about cars, so he make sure that I am taken care of your service. People are wonderful. I had a blowout a year and a half ago and one of the mechanics was driving down Belcher test driving the car he was repairing. I was on my way for service anyway and he pulled over and got me fixed up so I could get to the dealership. Everyone was so nice they made sure I was all right I want it’s time for a new car that’s where I’ll get it. More
