Expectation setting with tire performance and life would have been helpful to understand. We hardly drive the car with 15K miles, cam in to replace two tires due to an irreparable tire and then were advised have been helpful to understand. This is our first Mini ans had no idea the tire life is so low. Further, there is now a “convenience fee” when using a credit card…didn’t know that until we checked out. Finally, the sheet said they washed the car and it was definitely not. Disappointed overall. Don’t know that I’d come back again. More
