He compared and contrasted the models in detail to provide me the information to make an informed decision on which model would be best for my lifestyle and budget. After the sales portion was completed, he went through every detail of the car’s functionality, including setting radio stations and pairing my iPhone. Joe made the financial aspect easy. He was well prepared and organized. There are a lot of papers to sign, but he remained personable and interactive throughout the process. All staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. Last May we relocated to Palm Harbor from the Philly Metro Area. The transition has been a bumpy road for the most part. So it was a "breath of fresh air" when my daughter and I walked into Ferman last month and met Matt Cerro, our sales consultant and Joe our Financial Adviser. I've dealt with Ferman, and another awesome rep, Mary, on the BMW side shortly after we arrived in Florida. We traded some vehicles and purchased a pre-owned MINI for my young daughter. In February we stopped in for an Oil Change and Tire Repair and left with (2) Incredible Pre-Owned/Certified MINI's. He also has a rare trait nowadays, he LISTENED to our auto wants/needs, then made thoughtful, sound recommendations that best suited those needs. We love the MINI brand!!! I've spent the last 20 years driving Range Rovers, Landrovers, then BMW's, and I'll tell you, we'll keep our MINI's.
