Good but could have been great! Our car was purchased new and on the way home the traction control light came on, the forward warning collision warning and pedestrian warning came on Our car was purchased new and on the way home the traction control light came on, the forward warning collision warning and pedestrian warning came on and kept dinging in the car to warn us it was not working. Service kindly came and picked up my car and left us a loaner which was amazing as we live well over 50 miles away from the dealer. The car was fixed the next day and everything is great now!!! More

Excellent Service I had a problem with may car while was near Ferman BMW so I just pulled up to the service area without an appointment. I was greeted by Jamie and Cesa I had a problem with may car while was near Ferman BMW so I just pulled up to the service area without an appointment. I was greeted by Jamie and Cesar. They immediately started troubleshooting my issue putting me at ease. They had me a loaner car within 10 mins and sent me on my way while they continued to troubleshoot issue with car. Within 1.5 hours they called me with their findings. The car was repaired and I picked it up very next day. Cesar provided excellent customer service from beginning to end! Thank You! More

Just purchased my 4th Mini! I have to say this experience was by far the best we have had with Ferman Mini of Tampa Bay. We were helped by Bob and Santos, both went over the top I have to say this experience was by far the best we have had with Ferman Mini of Tampa Bay. We were helped by Bob and Santos, both went over the top to help us trade in our 2016 and get a brand new 2020. I love my new Mini and hope whoever purchases my 2016 has a great time with it. Unparalleled service! The service manager, Paul, and his stellar team member, Derrick, are two of the primary reasons WHY it is so easy for my wife and I to be MINI lovers. These guys genuinely care about t stellar team member, Derrick, are two of the primary reasons WHY it is so easy for my wife and I to be MINI lovers. These guys genuinely care about their 'guests' (that's right, guests - they don't even use the 'customer' word around the office). When you go into their service department, that's exactly how you feel - like a guest who is cared for and treated with the virtue of hospitality. My wife's car had so many problems when we came to them. Derrick and Paul helped us establish a game plan for service and even loaned my wife a brand new Mini for a week while we budgeted for her Mini's repairs. They went way out of their way to help us. Even when Mini USA became hard to work with, Ferman Mini stepped up to the plate and came through for us. We are now FOREVER Ferman Mini 'guests,' thanks to Paul and Derrick! More
