Although the repair bill was very high, they were very understanding and applied all available coupons, provided savings on labor, and even provided a few parts at no cost. It was working when he checked it but realize the battery should have been replaced. 5 Years old.I waited while they did it and it all got resolved and manager gave me discount and no charge for replacing it. But it was frustrating to come pick it up and not have everything right. My maintenance warranty had run out but still have the Fidelity W. I was surprised it did not cover the electronic testing. More

Excellent Service Courtney and team were very helpful explaining what service was needed, the cost and suggested we extend our supplemental service agreement that was a Courtney and team were very helpful explaining what service was needed, the cost and suggested we extend our supplemental service agreement that was about to expire and that it would cover the cost our brake work.
