Sorry you didn't have a great experience, I have to agree that 1.5 hours is too long for an oil change. Every once in a while we get really busy and things take a little longer than they should. Our guys in the shop are told not to cut corners and rush a job, to make sure it's done right. But still, I apologize. We hired another Lube Technician since your visit, so hopefully it won't happen again. We really appreciate your feedback. If you would please call the dealership and ask for Andrew, I'd like to take care of your next oil change if you'll give us another try.
